The Woman we dealt with who we believe is possibly a partner repeatedly didn’t find answers to our questions, it seemed as if it were a constant battle throughout, she also came across false and over the top. As far as the owner of the company goes one meeting was enough for us. Occasionally we spoke with other employees who were always friendly and efficient, shame the same can’t be said for management.

22nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Didn't feel the advert was informative of selling points. Seems very generic amd nothing personal. Also photos did not do property justice. But in a small area he knows what he doing and yes I would recommend him as he just seemed like a friend.

9th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Completely waste of time this company,,,, 3 weeks they had our information only to be told that they have now given the property to a friend dont waste people's time if this the underhanded way of doing business also communication is so poor ?????? and it's a constant struggle to get anyone to contact you back with an update just a very bad experience from start to finish could not recommend this office at Galashiels ??????

2nd Apr 2026 (8 days ago)I've got to say a huge thank you to Your Move Estate Agents in Dumfries for an all round first class experience through a relatively turbulent purchase. I worked with Stacia Henderson, and communication was just easy and flowing from the word go. She was always open to my needs & questions, and even connected me through to some other members of the team when I needed help on a rental valuation (big thanks to Chris McCutcheon as well). Most of all I'd say the positivity, friendliness and patience of Stacia kept the boat steady throughout. Highly recommend.

18th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)Jane Riddell did our conveyancing for our Glasgow flat and was absolutely brilliant! Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Thanks again Jane :)
