2nd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have recently rented my property out via Kings Enfield and have been very pleased with the entire process. Kings have a large clientele, my property was like gold dust with this management company and they excelled from start to finish. Elleisha and Sophie in particular have worked exceptionally hard to ensure it has all been a smooth process, they both found me the perfect tenants (so far so good) and have had fantastic communication with myself throughout. I have been a bit of a nightmare at times, asking endless questions, not accepting offers and making the process longer than it needed to be, but they never made me feel I was being a burden, and here we are today! Happy tenants and a happy landlord, thank you very much!
4th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Sebastien Andreu came out to our home to begin the sale process. He was very polite & professional and made us feel comfortable going with KFH for our sale. Liam Huseyin took on the job of selling our house. He was exceptional, his knowledge with every part (and more) of the process was faultless. Any problems or concerns were always dealt with promptly by Liam and he would always make himself available to chat should I just walk in, which I did often. Liam did a superb job on our sale. Also a mention to Beyzan Beyzade who was our contact when Liam was out of the office, she advised and saw that all messages were passed on appropriately. All round a fantastic team to work with!

20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

Two months age we started to look at properties on Rightmove and Martyn Gerrard was among the eight estate agents with whom we made contact. They were proactive on our behalf and the service is excellent both from Ben and James from their Finchley office and from Andre ad Daniel from their Mill Hill office. The latter helped to find exactly what we are after and our offer has been accepted. We will continue to work with MG through the next stages and highly recommend the company. John and Helen

17th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!
20th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
17th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Dodgy business practice with Andrew entering flats without permission from renters. Exceptionally rude and entitled attitude. The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!
