Emily Kadar, the hidden gem of this office, negotiated the sale of our property to an extremely high standard, difficult to find among the other estate agents.
They acted for as in true honesty , returned our telephone call immediately , supported us through stressful times, contacted the seller solicitors on a regular basis and brought the transaction completed within the time specify.

I strongly recommend that you avoid this company. The head office is in North Finchley. They seem to be nice, but they don't seem to have the customer interest in their heart at all. They have misinformed us about a vital aspect of the letting a house and took out money. When we found out the truth, we asked for our money back. And what happened? From the very beginning they told us that we were not getting our money back and asked us to go via their formal complaint procedure. We did.
They did not even address our main point. They just kept repeating their own story and refused to answer our mine question! How rude and totally unacceptable. We went the office and kindly asked for our money back. What did the managing director do? He called the police.
The police were very kind and understanding. They could not help us and advised us to leave.
Now you decide what to make of it and of that company - I'm not going to put words in your mouth.
Viewed a property with Dario in July. He was very helpful throughout in accommodating our viewing and taking the time to understand what we were looking for. A pleasure to deal with.
My experience with Martyn Gerrard was not good. I asked for a paid valuation for probate on a House we had inherited that we were putting up for sale.
They valued the house way too low (about £130K too low) and on the basis of their valuation and another we submitted values to the HMRC and went into a deal with a private buyer. The value was challenged by the Revenue causing us much hassle and embarrassment.
Then months later, Martyn Gerrard wrote us a letter saying the person who had valued it for us had now left their company and would we like to sell it through them for a lot more!
It could be they had one bad apple, but this non-straightforward, un-professional, experience put me off using them again.
Just wanted to say in my review that although my wife and I didn't end up securing a tenancy via Joe Riley at KFH, his efforts during our search over a four week period were both professional and genuinely helpful in all aspects regarding him trying to find us a suitable rental. Personally feel would-be tenants should be able to deal with Joe Riley @ KFH with confidence.
My fiancé and I recently bought our new home through KFH Muswell Hill. I cannot fault the productivity from the team and most importantly our agent Sam who far surpassed any of the other agents we had met with. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend KFH for anyone looking to buy in the Muswell Hill area.
I couldn't recommend Tatlers more. We have recently bought a flat from them. Daniel has been so efficient, professional and hard working- the speed and ease of the transaction has been all down to him. His due diligence and knowledge were completely first class. Tatlers have changed my option on estate agents! A total pleasure to deal with.
Don't recommend it. They're very nice if everything goes well but once you've paid and something is not right they don't care. We had a problem first day in the flat. There were few things not working and we're still waiting to get them repaired. It's been a month
