He also promptly communicated our questions/issues to the vendors. He worked really hard to ensure that we could exchange on time, sometimes juggling between us, the vendors, and the respective solicitors on both sides which has not been easy. We are very grateful for his help and are looking forward to the completion.
24th Aug 2024 (16 days ago)Agend did not show up - we tried to call but no answer. After we walked to the office to ask what happened, they were quite rude and did not apologise or care. Please avoid if you want to find a flat and be treated with respect.

Paris who looks after the documentation, Lauren and most recently Helena as my immediate contact. Always quick and responsive to any issues that arise. No hesitation in awarding them top marks. Great team.

We did not buy with MiHomes in the end as we chose a different area but of the 27 agents we met she was in the top 3. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions during the property viewing while being patient and allowing me plenty of time to explore without being pushy. Gabe has been very responsive in all our communications, and his professional yet personable nature made the experience of looking for a first-time home even more enjoyable.

18th Mar 2024 (25 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They listed my property with beautiful pictures and found me a buyer very quickly. My sale process was slow due to solicitor debates but Hiten was so helpful throughout the process. He liaised with my buyer on my behalf and kept me up to date with things I needed to know. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and integrity in an estate agent.
