From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, manageable, and straightforward. What really stood out was the level of detail and care he put into every stage of the journey. He took the time to explain every piece of terminology, every step involved, and every option available to me with incredible patience. No question was ever too small, and he always made sure I fully understood what was happening before moving forward. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional. He went far beyond simply arranging a mortgage and provided valuable guidance on the properties I was considering. He helped me understand complex issues such as the Building Safety Act, EWS1 forms, leasehold considerations, and other important factors that could easily be overlooked by someone unfamiliar with the process. I would also like to give special thanks to Aryan Shahry at Barnard Marcus Estate Agents. Throughout the purchase, Aryan was incredibly supportive, proactive, and professional. We encountered several challenges along the way, but he consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving, resolve issues quickly, and ensure progress was being made. 11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

They were professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their support and attention to detail made everything simple and hassle-free. She was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. She was also very informative, answered all of our questions honestly, and clearly knew the properties and area really well. Although we didn’t end up purchasing through Foxtons in the end, we genuinely had such a positive experience with Yvonne and really appreciated all of her help and effort. She made a lasting impression and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a property!

Buying or selling a property in the UK is not the most easier process. But they made it the most smoothly possible for each part during all the transaction. I highly recommend to work with them.

12th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????

20th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)After my experience with the estate agents at Drivers and Norris, I'm currently settling into my new flat comfortably and reassured by the quality and professional experience I was provided with on the journey to get here! It was tough finding a good flat in the area near the best amenities with a good price, but after the hard work provided to me by the estate agents, in particular Demmy, I found the perfect property I was looking for! A 10/10 service, I couldn't ask for more, and I'll be sure to keep Drivers and Norris in mind for the future if need be!
