Less than happy. Poor support and information sharing. Mis-leading in the proposal of using “their” solicitors who I eventually discharged to to ineptitude. Having appointed a new solicitor I also found they were in excess of £1000 compared to 4 other online solicitors and ironically they were one who also quoted on line and they too were £ 1000 cheaper which only leads me to believe the difference to be that which Purple Bricks received as an introduction fee. Immoral!... Read more
