I found a super house, contacted WHB, and Lewis took control of the process from start to finish, and I couldn't be more grateful - just need to unpack now :)

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

He found us 4 excellent would be tenants within 3/4 days ! He kept us informed of everything along the way. He has a confidence and enthusiasm about his work - seems to love his job ! 26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately I do not recommend this agency. As a landlord I have have had to evict my tenants that the agency supposedly vetted prior to their tenancy. Now, I'm trying to get in touch with them in regards to the deposit which we are disputing, however no matter how I try to correspond with them (phone and email) I am not receiving any reply.

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

Amanda in Sales Progression was also amazing, chasing the chain and updating us with every bit of news she got as our sale took longer than expected. We highly recommend Stobart & Hurrell to anyone. They certainly deserve the 5 stars!
28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Not impressed with overall experience/service. They advertised my property for 10 weeks and there has been no contact from them, I did all the chasing. The photographs were amateur, nothing special at all. The description of the property was unimpressive and unenthusiastic. They failed to include facts and had to be prompted to include them. I finally received one viewing from them 9 weeks into contract, not sure how genuine that was. I don’t think they promoted my property to any potential buyer, so have since changed Agents and extremely happy with the professional description and photos. I have high hopes with this new Agent.

Positive, honest conversations, a very positive and proven accurate valuation, clear and consistent communications throughout the process, listening to our views and a willingness to incorporate those ideas and thoughts into the marketing materials.....everything was as easy and painless as it could be, and a quick, positive outcome in terms of getting multiple offers and being now able to proceed towards completion. 100% recommend PL to anyone looking to sell their home.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it. I had my house on the market with a larger agent who told me it would sell very quickly, and failed to sell it after months. Then Suzanne came round and gave me an honest valuation, and the property sold quickly to a serious buyer. Charlotte and Siobhan were great on viewings and always had the answers to my questions. Sefftons are a small team which makes the world of difference as I didn't just feel like a number to them. The ladies were always friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. I would recommend Sefftons to anyone.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
