4th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Join a tenant's union and read up on tenant's rights before renting from this hopeless company. Norwich branch dreadful. Absolutely incompetent company, palmed our renting off to the hopeless 'Sequence' sub-company. Took two months to return the non-disputed portion of our deposit due to their shocking incompetence. Would give zero stars if I could, it takes a lot to bring the good name of estate agents into disrepute, but they managed it.
29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.
4th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)First class service from Jonathan during our recent house purchase. He went the extra mile to be available, including out of office hours, and kept us fully informed from all parties involved in what turned out to be a tricky conveyance. Friendly, approachable, I would definitely use his services again in the future, as well as recommending him to family and friends.
20th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

We found every person who works at this branch to be professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and executed a perfect sale within an excellent time frame. They should be held as a good example to other estate agents- 20th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We bought our bungalow through William H Brown Estate Agents North Walsham and the service from everyone there was brilliant especially as we some issues along the way with the sale of our old house, Jade and Duncan handled everything on this side in the best manner possible. We absolutely recommend them.

17th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)May I take this opportunity to thank Emma Rose for your kind assistance during the sale of my property I was kept informed of every twist and turn during negotiations and advised,where necessary of what rights I had and valuable discussion on the best course to take, although I was in full control of the process. It was reassuring to have a professional property person acting on my behalf. Thank you again, should I ever consider moving again please feel free to shoot me, but if I did I would certainly contact you to act for me.- 23rd Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)We’ve taken a little while to settle into our new home before making this review, As we wanted to make a true and honest review of our experience and how we felt. We went to Abbotts in Cromer to see a mortgage advisor and look at a property we fell in love with on right move. Our mortgage advisor Adam, was amazing. We were shown round by Simon and we loved it. So we put in an offer. This was accepted and the ball got rolling. We then found the communication with abbots go downhill. When we called we were always told they would call us back the same day however each time it was usually about 5 days later and after we already found out the information ourselves from calling the solicitor. So it seemed they were always one step behind. We found this to be annoying and thought maybe this was happening to us because we are first time buyers and we “don’t know any better” but this is just our theory. We were disappointed that the communication broke down. We ended up going through our mortgage advisor for everything instead of the estate agents as we got answers quicker and more efficiently. We would like to thank Adam and Olly at Country wide for going above and beyond for us. We really do think if we would’ve pulled out if it wasn’t for them! On completion day we had to remind them to give us the code to the back door so we could enter our property…as they said Watsons had our front door keys. When we went there they didn’t so it sent us on a wild goose chase to try and find the front door key to the flat building. We were given a number for us to call to organise ourselves to find the keys, which in our opinion this should have been sorted out in day of completion by them. Overall, we are happy we are finally in our home. We wouldn’t use abbots again. I know some people probably have a better experience with them but we unfortunately didn’t. We encourage any first time buyers to look about and ask about the best estate agents etc as we didn’t and we ended up regretting

Acorn from the start gave us a realistic valuation on our house and guided us all the way through to completion. The team were super helpful and responded back straight away on any question/queries. We couldn't recommend Acorn properties highly enough!
23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you
