Venn are a company that are constantly on the forefront of changing businesses digital strategy for the better.
Venn Digital were both unhelpful as well unprofessional. I'm also truly astounded to see that most of their reviews are by employees. The MD is truly a charlatan and his Twitter account is truly clownish. He offers opinions on many matters he clearly knows nothing about, especially digital marketing.

James has maintained a level of customer service that is deemed rare nowadays. I truly couldn't recommend someone more to guide you through the process of selling your home and purchasing your next.
Shocking unethical agency with no principles that use clients for leverage to get more money. They go back on their word. Tell you that your offer has been accepted .....only to go back on it. Feel very let down by the whole experience of using this agency. Would never buy or sell through this agency.
I have rented a house through Bridgfords, Northallerton for the past 4 years and have had consistent excellent service. Especially from Victoria North, Residential Lettings Team Manager who has always gone above and beyond to ensure that any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently with follow up to ensure work had been complete to a satisfactory standard. I have always found the staff to be pleasant, polite and helpful . Recommend as a letting agency.
My son renting property from bridgfords mold and damp in the ceiling. Previously 2 more tenants before moved out because of same problem yet they send decorators in to cover the mould knowing fine it's not livable. They are due a new born in March still nothing done but sent builder around saying its condensation yea whatever. Saying to them which by the way are a young couple having there 1st born .they are now threatened they cant leave because in contract for 12 months absolutely disgraceful now have raw sewage coming in under sink under no circumstances use this firm

Lived here a year and a half and I could go on forever with the bad stuff about the block of flats. The main point is the repairs service is shocking 3 weeks to change a kitchen light bulb. If I knew how to do it my self I would having to cook for my kids in the dark they also need to start sorting the big underlining problems with the flats too they need to start doing there job and what us tenants pay them to do and maintain there housing correctly
After having some trouble with other estate agents in Thirsk, Belvoir were very helpful and friendly and got us moved into our new home quickly! Would highly recommend to others :)

Five years in a property (always paid my rent on time and in full) without any of the pre-agreed work being done.
I actually just gave up hassling them about the faulty gas, broken front door, damp, broken cooker, and the condemned garden wall. There were more problems than just that!!
One night the pipes burst and I was told it wasn’t Belvoir’s problem! I got a super obnoxious email about how they don’t have a 24 hour line and that anything out of office hours is the tenant‘s responsibility.
When we finally did move they took £95 of our deposit for gardening! I reiterate the condemned garden walls!
I also had to phone over and over to get my deposit.
They have no accountability, nobody returns calls, nothing gets done.
