From the very start, Tau helped me secure a great rate, but what really stood out was how he explained everything in such simple, clear language. Im not very confident when it comes to financial matters, but Tau made the whole process easy to understand and never made me feel overwhelmed. I’m now back in touch with him for a potential remortgage, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hes always transparent – showing rates clearly via screen share, walking through options, and giving honest advice. What I really respect is that hes not afraid to tell you if there’s a better option. Any time Ive had questions or concerns, Tau has always been there with practical sound advice. I really felt like he’s looking out for my best interests. Tau Thank You for making what can be a stressful process feel easy and manageable. 1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

What stood out most was their reliability and attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout, handled any issues quickly, and worked closely with all parties to ensure everything stayed on track. This is the second house we've sold through Stonhills and would absolutely go straight back to them if needed. 5 Star service all throughout

Found us a buyer within the first week of our house going on the market and we completed 2 and half months later! Can’t thank Kyle, Emma and Luke enough, whole team was on it the entire time. Highly recommend.

13th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was a tenant for over five and a half years. For the vast majority of that time (over five years), the property was managed by a different agent, and my experience during that period was consistently positive. In the final few months of my tenancy, the landlord changed managing agents to Chelton Brown, and unfortunately the experience changed significantly. During my tenancy, my rent was always paid in full and on time, and I took care to maintain the property throughout. I also contributed towards improvements, including new carpets, which reflected what I believed was a positive working relationship. However, the experience at the end of the tenancy was disappointing. After providing formal notice in December and vacating at the end of February, communication regarding my deposit was slow and unclear. It took two weeks to receive a breakdown of proposed deductions, with responses often taking a week or more. Throughout my tenancy, the property was inspected regularly and consistently reported as being in good condition. Given this, the delays and lack of clarity at the end of the tenancy were particularly frustrating. While the matter was eventually resolved, the process felt unnecessarily prolonged and lacked the level of professionalism I had experienced previously. A property business may focus on landlords and sales, but it is worth remembering that tenants are an essential part of that relationship. Without tenants, there is no income to manage. With clearer communication and more timely handling of deposit returns, the experience for tenants could be significantly improved.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

We had many issues at the property we were already renting through a private landlord and needed to move out asap but weren't able to commit until payday a few days away when we viewed a property we wanted. Simon went above and beyond to help us secure the property. We work out a time line that worked for us to be able to do what we needed and simon and his team were more than accommodating and helped us when we were able to bring out move in day forward. We cannot recomend them enough!
