After moving in, James from the management team has been extremely responsive and quick in arranging repairs, coordinating everything smoothly with the landlord. Excellent service overall! Highly satisfied!!!

He was always responsive and took the time to answer all of our various questions. His professionalism and friendly approach made everything feel smoother and less stressful than we expected. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings.
