Their professionalism, friendly and efficient communication, awareness and attention to detail, combined with overall depth of experience and willingness to help, made a difficult process easy to navigate. We could not have wished to find a better Estate Agent. They helped us in so many ways and we fully recommend them.

She was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful from the first viewing, through the process until we moved in. She went above and beyond in making sure the purchase went through on time when it became a bit complicated at the end. We couldn't have done it without her! Thank you to Savills, and especially Beverley for all your help. Highly recommended.

21st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)The worst service experience ever. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECCOMEND THIS AGENT. I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER. THE LANDLORD BEING A ROGUE LANDLORD FROM A DIFFERENT AREA AND BEING FINED. DONT KNOW HOW TENANTS ARE STAYING QUIET AT THIS PROPERTY.

31st Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)ABOSULUTELY BRILLIANT and thoroughly recommend to anyone in the St Albans area. I cannot thank Ian and Oliver enough for all their hardwork patience and kindness selling my house in St Albans. It took over a year due to the unique configuration of the house and I was very stressed and anxious throughout. The team at Carter Hayward went over and above anything I have ever experienced at any estate agents. I have bought and sold properties 8 times in the past and have never dealt with a more professional company of agents. Not only were they consummate professionals but also compassionate and caring, keeping me calm when things went wrong and offering solid, practical and sound advise. I cannot praise them highly enough and recommend them to anyone who wants a truly professional and knowledgeable Estate Agents.

16th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)A big shout out to Maple Estate & Letting Agents and to Avi in particular!!! Avi was super prompt from the moment I showed interest in the property. I never had to follow up once and all steps followed promptly until I moved in. Avi's colleagues were super helpful too whenever Avi could not attend to me at the time. If you are looking for a letting agent who will be responsive, helpful and prompt; go to Maple Estate & Letting Agents Ltd.

After being recommended to pure estate agent by a good friend and rental investor, I was delighted to meet the team who where so easy to deal with, full of knowledge and genuinely always go the extra mile. They managed to find me a good tenant within 24 hours from showing them the property,By far the most effective agency i have ever used and i will continue to go back to them .The best tenants like dealing with them also, as pure estate understand how to handle people and don't just treat each let as a transaction or a fee, I believe they care about matching the right home to the right people.
