I could not recommend Greenbank enough. They make a stressful time thar bit easier but also add a human touch, all the girls are very friendly and personable. They are tenacious but do it in the right way, accommodating and patient. They take so much pride in their business and act with integrity and utmost professionalism. They are absolutely brilliant and I’d urge anyone to use them to sell their property. A HUGE thank you to you all.

What an outstanding estate agents! All the staff are so professional and polite. As soon as my house went on the market with them I had a lot of viewings and offers and accepted an offer by the end of the week. From then on they kept in regular contact and updated me on my sale. The sale went though quickly and efficiently and I was happy with the service I received. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on selling their house.

Green bank where fantastic in all aspects of the sale of my property. They took all the viewings which was really helpful as i am really busy. They kept me up to date regularly and communication throughout the process was excellent by all staff. I would certainly use Green bank again and would certainly recommend for any future seller.

The staff at Greenbank could not have been more helpful to me. Sophie and Liv kept me updated and most of all, calm, as they arranged the relevant documents and made calls on my behalf. I am so grateful that I found the perfect accommodation for us and that it was organised swiftly and carefully so that I could move in sooner than I thought.

Highly recommend the girls at greenbank! We originally bought our property through them they were very helpful. Fast forward a year later and we decided to rent out the property. The girls were all very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. This was our first time renting out a property and didn't have a clue were to start! The girls took us through each step. We will definitely be using Greenbank in the future.
