24th Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)A great team effort from Kivells in Bude that made every aspect of the sale of our property simple and relatively stress-free. Very professional advice, personable and friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. A few stand-out examples: Jack helped greatly with initial marketing advice, the creation of the sales particulars, progressing the viewings and ultimately negotiating our sale with the buyer. The drone footage was great, a side of the property we’d never seen! Sharron was amazing in her role as Sales Progressor, acting as the key between all the parties in our sales chain. Everything was properly kept in control and she really made sure our interests were strongly protected, particularly when we had difficulties finding a local property to rent whilst our new-build is completed. I don’t think we would have been able to solve the problems without her expert help. Absolutely a key aspect of the process! Communications and guidance were regular, clear and helpful. Any questions we had were answered quickly and fully. Mark and his team all pulled together and ensured everything went smoothly. I have no hesitation recommending Kivells as a go-to agent for selling a property, service and staff are first class, thank you all!
18th Sep 2024 (17 days ago)Great communication and service, it was mine and my partners first time ever viewing a property, Jake showed us around, he was very knowledgable about the property, answered all of my question's and made us feel comfortable. He was also very accommodating when we wanted to do another viewing with our family members. He gave us good first time buying advice which was really appreciated! Nothing was too much of an ask. We couldn’t be happier with how the process went and are in love with our new home. Massive shoutout to the whole Wadebridge team, they always answered the phone quickly and kept me updated through all of the processes which as a first time buyer is something I really wanted. Couldn’t be happier!

"Professional and good at her job" doesn't even begin to describe Louise – Stags are incredibly fortunate to have her on their team. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and genuine desire to help made the entire process effortless. What really impressed us was Louise's ability to make us feel like we were the only people she was speaking to, even though we knew she was juggling several others at the same time. That level of personal attention is truly commendable. She was always available, answering every question, and going above and beyond in ways we never expected. Elena was also an absolute delight to work with – so friendly, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. And we can’t forget Trevor, who was equally fantastic and instrumental in making the process as seamless as possible. We will always be incredibly grateful to Louise and the entire team at Stags. It was such an enjoyable journey finding our perfect home. Thank you again for everything – we couldn’t recommend Stags more highly!

27th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)Gail and Danielle at Cornwall Estates are a breath of fresh air in the real estate business I feel. They have both been a tower of strength to me and my family during what can be a stressful life event. They have acted efficiently and impeccably right from the start and never too busy to answer or explain the slightest query. I felt very relaxed with them, they always made the buyer viewings at my convenience and I felt very happy to have them show people round my home, even in my absence. These two ladies I would describe as iron fists in velvet gloves - they are sincere, very pleasant and friendly at all times but at the same time very focused and highly professional at all times . I can't recommend them highly enough.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

13th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I have now tried calling this company now for 3 days, left a number of messages all you get is the answer phone. Was looking to buy. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
