Stayed un Porthilly View for a week as a family of 5 plus our dog. Fantastic location, we brought bikes and could secure them in the outhouse which was useful. Great facilities, bathrooms a plenty and lovely suntrap garden. 10 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants, a steo away from the Camel Trail and a steep 10 minute walk to the local tesco. We parked our large car by the garage but were able to negotiate the narrow drive for unpacking and packing the car. Super house, location and good communication with CWR.

We stayed the week of New Year with our family and dog at this beautifully clean and well appointed Coswarth Cottage, minutes from Padstow centre, Harbour and Camel trail. Lovely views, walks, everything you could wish for. Would book this cottage again happily, and through CRW holidays. Impeccable service, friendly and helpful staff. Just lovely.

Little Egret is a great find just 10-15 mins walk along the trail to the centre. Positioned at the bottom of a hill with 180 degrees view of the estuary. We stayed in December and were delighted with the Christmas tree and welcome basket of goodies. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. The drive is an added bonus but there is free off road parking too. We would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed at Menethdowr twice now. We love it for the exceptional view and because we’re allowed to bring our dogs. It’s a lovely spacious house and very convenient for walking into town or on the Camel Way. We’d definitely stay again. One very minor downside: it’s been on the market for some time and I think this may be why some parts (carpets, rugs, cushions) are rather tired and not very clean. It’s not a cheap place to rent so replacement of these items would not be a burden to the owners.

The cottage that CRW renteD to me an my family for the week was clean, tidy, dog friendly and the location was fantastic with a 2 - 3 minute walk into the centre of Padstow.
I would have no hesitation in using CRW again.

Booking through CRW Always if they have a
Suitable Holiday let available, we have a border collie so need dog friendly accommodation
Why 5 stars for a booking agent , as things went pear shaped during pandemic they really stepped up sorting out payment transfers / new booking etc
Always professional and friendly that’s why we book with them
Had no problem with cleaners in fact the opposite but then again we leave well before 9.00

Just spent a week at Little Egret Padstow, great property very clean and in a fabulous position. The welcome hamper was a nice touch.
The property is a 10 minute walk into town, and the camel trail is just across the road.
Would not hesitate to book again with CRW Holidays.
Enjoyed our week and would like to visit again.

A nice week spent in Padstow in a decent rented house from CRW totally spoilt by the disgusting attitude of the cleaning staff at the end, who were rude and dismissive. We were 20 minutes late leaving the house at 9.20am which led them to become clearly agitated, mumbling under their breaths and coming into the house with all their equipment as we were trying to leave. Just so rude and unesscary. Be warned, if you rent a house from this company be gone by 9.00am on your last day or else!

We have just returned from a week at Field View, having only booked it 4 days before our visit. Apart from a slight hiccup over not receiving an email on how to gain entry, which was rectified very professionally over the phone, our stay at this property was just amazing. The property had everything required for a self catering holiday and fab quality. The beds were very comfy, the cleanliness was exceptional standard and storage was perfect. Infact there is nothing I can fault. We will certainly return and recommend to others. I will admit I was dubious about it being dog friendly as I don't own one but I had absolutely no reason to worry, it was spotless. Thanku CRW for this great property on your books . Webber’s Cottage - Great location and comfortable would visit again but will bring a hard hat next time - I very rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but I have a Health & Safety concern with this property over very low door heights in and out of Kitchen plus back door. Head height to stairs also low and steep. At least one family member bumped their heads each day and on one occasion one member had to sit down to recover. Can't understand why soft padding to low door frames and stair well is not fitted, we are by no means a tall family - Also property was not cleaned very well after previous occupant, (Dust, cobwebs and VERY dirty floors) disappointing in these COVID times especially as they have from 9am to 5pm to clean - These points aside this is a very nice holiday cottage in a fabulous position and would recommend to anyone.

We were very pleased with the cottage, especially the new fridge freezer, single beds etc. I Monica was so thrilled I didnot have to make the beds up., excellent idea that the bins were locked.

A beautiful, exceptionally well presented property. Great location with views over the estuary and Rock, which is in the distance. Even the cows in the field that we overlooked came to say hello.
It is spacious and can accommodate 6 people very easily. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
One small comment though. It is described as being 500m from the Camel trail, which is a lovely walk into Padstow. there were no directions provided as to how to get to the Camel Trail from the property, which is something that could be improved upon, However, when we asked the neighbour how to get to it, it turned out to be a bit of a yomp over two fields and then a walk down a small lane. It was considerably more than 500m, unless you can fly there! :) Overall though, this was a fantastic place to spend some time in a beautiful part of the country.

We recently spent a week at Fidlers Green, Rock. Despite bad weather the 6 of us, including 2 young children, had a good time. This bungalow is very well equipped, which made life simpler, and very comfortable. The short, cross country walk to the beach meant we could quickly access it as soon as the sky cleared. The children loved roaming over the hills en route in perfect safety.
The entire area affords lots to do and CRW excellent organisation and Covid compliance was very reassuring.

We were delighted to get a late booking for a lovely 3 bed home close to all the amenities in Padstow. Off street parking was a real bonus. The house was spotless and well equipped. The company were most helpful and very responsive to our queries. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with CRW.

Seemed quite a friendly bunch at first but was quite conscious of very stringent Covid rules to follow re stripping beds etc which could result in a fine if £100. We followed rules to the letter and left property very clean. However they then tried to extract £100 as we hadn’t bagged up some unused bedding! They also took pictures of one small item that had fallen out of sight which we missed when cleaning! They said they would drop the charge but the fact they sent the pictures demanding money was really unprofessional and made us feel like criminals. It was a really unpleasant end to the holiday. I complained and never got a response. To be avoided!

Due to current pandemic we were unsure if we could actually visit Cornwall at all, when confirmation finally came that we could travel CRW ( Amanda) kept us updated, we couldn't fault the cottage (Field View ) and had an excellent break. I would recommend CRW for a self catering holiday in Cornwall, we will definitely use again.

We found an apartment to rent in Polzeath through this company last year. The booking process was easy and the price was competitive, although as with all companies you pay a premium for school holidays.
The apartment was in a great location, well equipped and comfy. We have booked again this year. CRW give priority booking for repeat customers.
Only slight gripe is that we had to collect our keys from the Rock office rather than a key safe at the property, which is much more convenient. We holiday in rental properties in the UK at least three times a year and this was the first time for many years that had to actually collect keys.
That being said we would definitely recommend CRW.

Following on from the above. We went back a couple of weeks or so ago. Key safe there. Internet better than last year. Great weather and fantastic holiday.
I had a fair amount of contact with Mel from CRW beforehand due to uncertainty of booking re Covid. Mel was very helpful and got back to me much quicker than the auto response suggested.
Highly recommend using CRW.

We always stay at the same wonderful cottage when we visit Padstow, and always book through CRW. The cottage is really well-maintained and comfortable, and we are always made to feel really welcome by the CRW staff - it makes such a difference dealing with a small, friendly outfit that understands the personal touch, rather than one of the bigger holiday companies. We were so lucky to chance upon this lovely cosy cottage around 32 years ago. We have returned twice yearly almost every year since. The surrounding area is perfectly peaceful and beautifully stunning and cannot be beaten. It is my most favourite place in the world.
Webbers' wraps itself around you like a favourite comforter. It is like home from home, and the helpful friendly owners strive to update and improve the cottage every year. It's quite simply my 'happy place'.

We have stayed at Ogilvie through Cole Rayment and White for 6 or 7 summer holidays now. It's one of our favourite places on the whole planet. Polzeath is a super holiday destination for families who like fresh air and fun in the sea. We are all keen surfers and sailors and so the Ogilvie cliff top location is perfect for our needs. The holiday property is brilliantly appointed, comfortable accommodation with great views and sun decks - but perfect for all weathers that the Cornish climate can throw at you. Thoroughly recommend Ogilivie and CRW for your next holiday !

We have repeatedly returned to the same CRW cottage in Rock for restful holidays.We know we will have comfortable beds, a pleasant sitting room, and a well-equipped kitchen, be convenient for the village shops, and have an excellent base for touring.. On the rare occasions when we have needed to call on the agents they have been most helpful and quick to respond.

My friend & I have been with Cole Rayment& White for five years now as they are responsible for letting a most excellent property in Padstow. We cannot fault them.
All the staff there have always been warm, friendly & very helpful. They are consistently efficient & generous with their time. Their web site is easy to use, but for someone like myself who is not particularly ‘tec savvy’, they are flexible & have been happy for me to use ‘snail mail’ on occasions!
They keep a careful eye on the property & it is always meticulously clean, with generous gifts to make one feel very welcome.
Every year we pop in to the office to catch up with staff, & though busy, they are always happy to chat & keep us up to date with what’s going on.
I would not hesitate to recommend them as a letting agency.

My wife and I have been using CRW for our annual Padstow rental home bookings for over ten years. The service CRW offers is first class and personal, we have got to know all the staff in the Padstow office by name and likewise they know us really well. The CRW properties are all very good, well and accurately described and for us they have a decent choice of dog-friendly houses, in our case we prefer a bungalow. I guess we could look elsewhere for somewhere to stay but with the professional, friendly service we have always received from CRW why would we do that.

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Little Egret, Padstow. The property was everything as described and more with lovely views across the estuary to Rock. Photographs were a true representation of the property that had everything required for a superb holiday. CRW were a professional team giving an excellent service and exceded expectations in resolving a small issue immediately. We would thoroughly recommend them and their 5* accommodation and hope to return with them again.
