Usually book with CRW for June, late booking due to pandemic. Very professional service and pre-visit information on new requirements due to virus. Really enjoyed staying at Field View and will add to our list of properties to book in the future.

Seemed quite a friendly bunch at first but was quite conscious of very stringent Covid rules to follow re stripping beds etc which could result in a fine if £100. We followed rules to the letter and left property very clean. However they then tried to extract £100 as we hadn’t bagged up some unused bedding! They also took pictures of one small item that had fallen out of sight which we missed when cleaning! They said they would drop the charge but the fact they sent the pictures demanding money was really unprofessional and made us feel like criminals. It was a really unpleasant end to the holiday. I complained and never got a response. To be avoided!

Due to current pandemic we were unsure if we could actually visit Cornwall at all, when confirmation finally came that we could travel CRW ( Amanda) kept us updated, we couldn't fault the cottage (Field View ) and had an excellent break. I would recommend CRW for a self catering holiday in Cornwall, we will definitely use again.

We found an apartment to rent in Polzeath through this company last year. The booking process was easy and the price was competitive, although as with all companies you pay a premium for school holidays.

The apartment was in a great location, well equipped and comfy. We have booked again this year. CRW give priority booking for repeat customers.

Only slight gripe is that we had to collect our keys from the Rock office rather than a key safe at the property, which is much more convenient. We holiday in rental properties in the UK at least three times a year and this was the first time for many years that had to actually collect keys.

That being said we would definitely recommend CRW.

Following on from the above. We went back a couple of weeks or so ago. Key safe there. Internet better than last year. Great weather and fantastic holiday.

I had a fair amount of contact with Mel from CRW beforehand due to uncertainty of booking re Covid. Mel was very helpful and got back to me much quicker than the auto response suggested.

Highly recommend using CRW.

Sarah saved the day after we were let down by another accommodation provider the day we arrived - she had us in one of CRW’s properties within about 20 minutes.

CRW Holidays Padstow provides an excellent, efficient and friendly service to holidaymakers and property owners alike.
