We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication.
