We sold our house in Kent to relocate to West Sussex, a process which was quite daunting, however, they were supportive through the whole process.

Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .

It's now nearing the end of October 2026 and I'm pleased to say it's been sold.<br>Everything has gone smoothly with very little hiccups.<br>All the team at Wards have been absolutely lovely, especially Judy who has given me updates and necessary information as and when.<br>I would whole heartedly recommend Wards if you need to sell your property, they don't hang around ??????

13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Value of property from P property was recommended 270 which I felt was low. Decided to sell @ 280 as thought property was worth that. Luckily that’s the price I was offered. Abbie very good at her job on attending viewing. How ever very disappointed on communication & advertising Didn’t feel enough was done to promote the property felt that it had gone stagnant. Only one viewing at first back in September & second not until this Saturday 11th January. no phone call in between to reassure me that I could possible sell my house

The team are very reactive and quick to call back/chase things. I had a few things that needed sorting after moving in and they had contractors in the same/next day.

They were professional, brilliant with communication, and took the weight of contacting solicitors and helping to move everything forward. I have bought and sold a house previously with another chain estate agent and the difference in my experience is significant. I would always choose Joe and Chris at Greenleaf.

11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.<br>Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

We out of all the agents in the area we randomly picked them. They sold our house in 2 weeks. What more can I add Joe Carey is a very confident man and knows his stuff . I /we are just lost for words.
6th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)We have been on the market since last year. We had views but unfortunately there were no serious buyers. Things were getting slow and no secured buyers coming forward. However we received no negative comments regarding our property. As a matter of fact they were all very positive. We decided it was time maybe to change estate agent. We met with Joe Carey one of the Branch Manager and everything changed for us. Joe was so kind, knowledgeable, confident, reassuring and we felt so relaxed that we made the right call. We didn’t stay on the market long enough to get to know him and his team. Joe reassured us that our property would be sold. But we didn’t think within 2 weeks. We just want to thank Joe and Kate and the team for their hard work . We would definitely recommend them. We have so much faith and trust and they just did all the hard work with such dedication. Many thanks to an outstanding team for making us and so many able to start a new chapter in our lives.
