I moved in with Northwood rental property in May and Becky was amazing. Very helpful and eager. She's a 5/5 stars worker and you'll definitely be happy working with her. After you've moved in however, don't expect any emails back or responses. It took us nearly 8 weeks just so we could have the gas cooker turned on.... The 2 stars I gave were mostly for Becky, but she doesn't handle maintenance. They could do with a Becky 2 for that.... Read more

Wards property have been fantastic. My rental application was not a straight forward one, and the overall application was unorthodox from my end. Wards worked with me to help me to get my referencing checks sorted, even speaking to them on my behalf. They then also spoke to the landlord directly and I get the keys to the property later this month. All staff have been polite and more than willing to answer any questions. A special shoutout to Caroline who has gone above and beyond to show me the property, answer any questions and deal with any queries or hold ups on my behalf to make this process a smooth and as stress free as possible.
