Very disappointing experience. We had a viewing booked for a property, only to find out through Facebook that it had already been sold. There was no communication from the estate agent to let us know, despite our appointment being arranged. It felt unprofessional and a waste of our time. We’ve had several bad experiences with this estate agent, they definitely do not try and get the best for the ones selling the house!
