i was very disapointed with morgan and davies no feed back and no effort beign made by them only 2 viewings in 6 monthe changed my estate agent and have had 3 viewing in 1 week plus good feed back for example they give me the name of the people who are viewing the property etc etc where as morgan and davies did not confidentiality according to them what a load of bull i would not recommend this estate agent to anyone very disapointed ... Made a offer on property they marketed. 4 month later and over £1000 wasted, it all went wrong , it wasn’t freehold as they originally said. No communication. Terrible service. Money and time wasted. I feel they have far too many property on their books to care. I got no apologies, nothing. Steer vert clear of this estate agent.... Read more

M and D did a very good job of marketing the property and they secured a sale (in a hot market) very quickly. The initial contact was good but they really disappointed us with the total lack of communication after an offer was made on the house. They emailed us to say a survey had been booked and after that we got no further communication from them. I made two phone calls asking about a potential issue the survey had found and was told they did not know anything and to speak to our solicitor. Later on, I sent an email to which they replied with incorrect information. Some months later another phone call was made to them inquiring about the completion and once again they told us to speak to the solicitor. I would give them 5 stars for selling the house and zero to one star for the very poor communication from them during the selling process. I would have expected them to keep us informed of the selling process and they failed to do this.... Read more

We have found Morgan & Davies to be excellent professional service that we could trust It is also a family run firm with great knowledge and very sharp website skills, moving from just relying on shops to embracing technologies so we are very pleased with them.
