7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Big thanks to the very efficient team at Savills Wilmslow. Found our beautiful home with them back in September and considering we were in a chained position, we were able to complete and move in by the end of January, right before going away on holiday. This was a major relief for us as it meant we were able to go away completely stress free from a pending move and were able to toast several times, throughly enjoying the holiday! Don't think it could have happened that way if it wasn't for the promptness and efficiency of the team, especially from Tamar. Will happily recommend and consider using them again in the future.
9th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible service - we called the office as we could not find the flat we were supposed to view(we had the postcode but no number for the road was provided), lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, kept saying that they had a lot viewings already booked for the flat and did not help at all. In the end we did not attend the viewing as we could not find the flat. Avoid.
8th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Hackney & Leigh Kendal, from the moment I met Keira I knew my property was in safe hands. It had previously been on the market for 12 months with very little interest. After swapping to Hackney & Leigh, within 10 days I had 5 offers over asking price. Shannon and Ellie have been outstanding at keeping me in the loop from the start until completion and I am so grateful. If you are thinking of putting your property on the market with Hackney and Leigh then do it, you won’t regret it. Thanks again girls for all the support throughout!

Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

17th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY APPLY EXTRA COMPLETION CHARGES WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU NOTHING WAS MENTIONED ON LEGAL PACKS MY SOLICITORS CHECKED ALL THIS WHEN IT CAME CLOSE TO COMPLETION I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL £10,165. SCAMMING COMPANY AVVOID

Their knowledge of the local area was excellent, the team is very responsive and their advice was spot on: the house sold very quickly for a good price and they made what could have been a stressful process as easy as it could be. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
