Good comms and friendly helpful team. Learning point for us in selling in future was the first valuation was higher than other agents had valued the home as and, in hindsight, we probably should have questioned that more as we ended up over time needing to knock a chunk of money off and think we’d have sold the house much quicker if the valuation had been closer to what we ended up selling the house for...
