I found the staff to be very economical with the truth and manipulative. I was a potential buyer and the interactions I had with them left my no doubts about whose interest they served - their own. Buyers and Vendors alike beware!
If I had to sell my house with them I would be very nervous about what they would say and do. They manipulated offers by both advising the buyer of the vendors low price, encouraging offers when they knew the vendor had already accepted an offer, advising that the vendor had gone with another offer because that was a cash sale - only to ring up weeks later to say the "chain" had fallen through and would we reconsider putting an offer in.
Peter provided independent advice for an elderly couple in the sale of their own property, which was on the market with another agent. Peter's very timely advice enabled us to achieve a much more favourable outcome for our elderly friends. We are most grateful to Peter, and I would recommend everyone to consider using his expertise and experience.
Avoid they're lazy and unhelpful! They won't return your calls, staff are rude! They don't want to work for their 3%, preferring you to do the work for them so they can look pompous and grab more money from other unsuspecting individuals! I would rate 0 stars if I could!
