   I first turned to Whites two years ago to manage a property owned by husband and I that our daughter had lived in for several years. They organised the tenancy very professionally finding excellent tenants and arranging any works required before and during the tenancy. Then in August this year we decided it was time to sell the property. The lettings team managed the tenants very well and liaised with the Whites sales team who we had appointed. The whole process ran unbelievably smoothly and professionally. We didn't even need to set foot in the house again from handing over to Whites Lettings through to Completion of the sale.    We met Darcie in order to view a house on our shortlist of property. Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others.
