19th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)My late father's bungalow had been on the market for months with another local agent, which achieved only two viewings in all this time. Hearnes found the right buyer within a week and the move has completed. Superb service. Only agent to use in Ringwood in my opinion.
9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.- 18th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.

Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.

He kept in regular communication with updates and provided reassurance at each stage. They were extremely quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the process. They were happy to manage the process as we wanted, with care and attention and secured us a new tenant in 10 days from first meeting to move in date. Above all, they were professional, courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend Winkworth letting team!
25th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.- 25th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)I recently engaged the excellent David Wheeler from W&W to carry out a level 3 survey for a potential house purchase. Worth every penny! I was very impressed with his attention to detail in the report and very quick turnaround and communication. Straight to the point and extremely helpful regarding my further questions about the property. I would highly recommend David. It was a pleasure to have him carry this work out for me.

A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.

He is 90, and decided to move closer to the family, and i was very worried about the process of him dealing with an estate agent, but as soon as i spoke to Sean, i knew he was the right person for the job! He was caring, informative and understanding of the whole situation. My uncle liked to 'pop' in to the office now and again to check in, and Sean was always friendly and welcoming to him. The viewings were always accompanied and he was always given feedback. If you are thinking about using this agent, DO IT - you won't be dissapointed.<br>Thanks so much again for all of your hard work.
