We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.
17th Mar 2025 (4 days ago)Highly recommend Ryan who dealt with sale for us. It was quite a stressful process when we were let down by one buyer but Ryan continuously worked to find potential buyers. He was professional, patient and very easy to work with. Kept us up to date throughout the process.

15th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)Cannot give enough info to explain how brilliant Sarah has been, she called me to tell me there was a cottage available if I was still looking for somewhere, I told her I would be and she arranged a viewing within 24 hours and at that viewing she arranged another one for me to have all the options, told her I loved the first one and she immediately helped put everything through and has been incredibly helpful and answered every question I’ve had along the way. Process is not finished just yet but hoping for the best, much less stressful experience with her help!
29th Dec 2024 (12 weeks ago)As a buyer of a property I have to say that my experience with Powells Estate Agents and especially dealing with Oli Thompson, was totally unexpected. Normally, when I've bought in the past, the agent is working for and on behalf of the vendor, but to my surprise and delight Oli worked tirelessly for me too. He regularly contacted both sets of solicitors, chasing whenever necessary, including the vendor for some documentation, and kept me updated at least once a week with progress/status reports. I would definitely recommend both Oli and Powells Estate Agents and hope Oli is still working for them if and when I look to sell.
28th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption. Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.
26th Apr 2024 (10 mo. ago)Jay, Stacey, Karon and Paula, were all friendly and very helpful, and answered any questions we needed them to. Always got back to us even out of working hours for themselves, we would 100% recommend them, and we would use them again!!

I recently finished a property and wanted to rent it out and have it managed, so reached out to Kayleigh Ashford from NEXA. Kayleigh was so quick to respond to every question I had, and had my place rented out after the first viewings - for more than initially expected too! Will continue to work with Kayleigh on future purchases, could not recommend her enough!

20th Mar 2025 (1 day ago)When we first looked at selling our home had a few companies come in and priced a lot more than we thought we'd get and said nothing needed to be done, and then steven came in and told us our actual price hitting it on the head with his valuation, also telling us exacually what needed doing e.g. touch up paintwork sealing up etc to get the high end of the valuation. We instantly got along with steven and he was always there to offer any advise we had a tough time with buying our house and although nothing to do with him was there to let us know his insights and advise . Would highly reccomend steven and his team and would defianately sell with him again .
18th Mar 2025 (3 days ago)Flying Keys have been amazing through out, we moved from Sri Lanka to UK in 2023, then in 2025 we have left UK and moved to Australia, until to date, communication has been splendid, these guys go out of their ways to help in every way. I have spoken to them from Sri Lanka before departing and after leaving UK I have spoken to them from here in Australia the communication is still the same. There is one puticular person who stands out from the crowd, that's Jaz, she has been incredible throughout and help us in many ways, I have no words. She is a big asset to the company, and previledged to have her in their team. Jaz was very practical and helped us through out our tenancy with utmost urgency. We have reached out to her from Australia after we left the property, she still revert back to us in lightening speed, gave us good refferals so it helps us immensely in securing a property here. Flying keys have been tremendous for us, we really are going to miss you guys. We have found a special place in our hearts for the Welsh people. Truly remarkable community. Cheers Gayathri & Roshane

My husband texted the woman dealing with our house to ask questions and she never got back to him . We couldn't wait for the contract to end,and then we've had to keep texting to get our key back. I think it's been shocking.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (11 mo. ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
