Angelwoods was also recommended personally by a work colleague and a family member, they even remembered his name. He has an excellent memory of the people who recommended Angelwoods.
One point a viewing arranged for me was cancelled and I was not notified. He immediately investigated and reported back the following day, explaining that my mobile number was one number out.
This issue he rectified straight away and I received further communication from them since.
He was very friendly and flexible to be contacted should you have any questions. It's a shame Angelwoods were not the estate agents in charge of the sale of the property I am buying.

From initial valuation of our property to eventual completion, Angelwoods were nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. We had Jay visit us to provide a valuation, one of three that we had. He was very friendly and provided a more realistic selling price that he thought we could achieve. He also showed us details of other similar properties that had sold in the area and was thorough and knowledgeable. The house was listed very quickly through the major online portals and we really thought Angelwoods cared about our sale and it lead to us having many viewings and offers straight away! We would also like to thank Paula in the office who kept pushing the other parties along, keeping us up to date and helping us with all manner of things. She acted with complete compassion, understanding and professionalism and we thank her for her hard work. All in all we highly recommend Angelwoods and all the staff, and wish them a very merry Christmas 2021!

I have been asked to do this review regarding the sale of my father’s property.
So may as well start at the beginning.
I had 5 valuations from the local agents and 4 of them said £180k and two of them hoped they would get towards 200k.
Well Jay from Angelwoods did the last valuation and without hesitation said 230k. Having listened to the other agents I was a bit sceptical but Jay assured me he would get the 230k.
Well we had 4 viewing within one week and I think 3 offers – we got the 230k.
To put that into prospective, compared to the other agents we had enough extra money to cover a whole year of my father’s care cost – a very big deal.
As we live in the Midlands we are relying on the Angelwoods team for support and that is exactly what we got. High tech professional photography which really showed the property off, no need to chase anybody, anything that needed sorting was sorted everything absolutely seamless, just as it should be.
As you can see this is a positive review and a well-deserved one.

Angelwoods were very good when they agents for the sale of our home. They managed the process well and were efficient and prompt. A typical review you might say but Angelwoods were so much more because people make a company. All the staff were friendly, took time to know you and were so keen to help. You could ask them any question and even if it was nothing that was their responsibility, they more than happy to go away and find the answer and quick to pass it on. It was usually quicker to ask them than anyone else. Selling through them was like having a trusted friend to help you through the confusion and always with your best interest at heart.

A local company that understands the local market. Personal service with a good understanding of what local people want and how to get the best price for vendors but keeping the price realistic for buyers. Jay, Stacey and Paula were always available and ready to deal with any questions or queries. I hadn’t bought or sold a house for 30 years but they helped us through the process. We had a bit of bad luck as due to unforeseen circumstances 2 buyers had to drop out of the sale but the team persevered and sold my house 3 times, each time getting me at least the asking price. I have just put another house on the market and didn’t even get a valuation from another company as I was only ever going to ask Angelwoods to market the house for me.

We have recently used Angelwoods Residential in selling my parents house. They were so helpful from start to finish, from when Jay first came to value we felt at ease straight away!
It hasn’t been a smooth ride due to circumstances (no fault of there own!) and was a long process but Paula & Stacey were always there to answer any questions I had to ask as well as keeping me sane! I can’t thank Angelwoods enough for helping us throughout the sale of the house.
Although we won’t be in a rush to move again, we would highly recommend Angelwoods to anyone who’s looking to sell/buy and would definitely use them again!

Nothing is too much trouble, Karon made everything simple and easy, which was particularly comforting as I was absolutely clueless due to not going through this sort of process before. I was able to view a property @ Manor road which had been handled by a young lady called Stacey. It would be worth noting that if all experience's of viewing a property were this friendly, professional and knowledgeable the process of buying a house would be far more seamless. All interaction from the initial calls to the viewing itself were a pleasure. No doubt this lady is truly an asset to the company as people do truly buy from people. I wish her well,very professional and no cliché estate agent spiel of "this house benefits from walls and doors"!!

Angelwoods have sold several properties for me over the last few years, couple of them properties were BTL that they managed for me. When I decided to sell them they managed to find other investors to buy them with the tenants in situ, so I had no loss of revenue up until completion. I was also kept informed throughout process of sale.
I've also just recently had completion of sale on my own residential property that Angelwoods sold for me.

I really can't fault angelwoods, we are currently selling our house with them and they have been nothing but fantastic. Its an incredibly busy time for estate agents at the moment but they are always available, someone always answers the phone and gets back to you when they say they will without chasing. I highly recommend them! We have been dealing with a large number of estate agents and none of them compare. There match service also helps us in finding our new home!

We enjoyed an amazing experience with the team here. From contacting them to getting our home on the market was less than 48 hours. The house viewings were handled professionally with plenty of notice given. We appreciated the professional and friendly service of Jay and Stacey who could not have done more for us. They stayed in touch even in evenings and weekends which was a welcome assurance. Moving home is a very stressful experience even at the best of times but the team here in Cwmbran helped to make it a much less worrying time, thank you guys ????????

Angelwoods go above and beyond for me every time, had a leak in the bathroom in my flat and they dealt with everything, Sarah just got on with it., checking costs etc but just managed the whole thing.

Absolutely the best service by far, took my property here from another local agent because I was particularly disappointed.
I also find it quite unbelievable that this agent has no communication skills.
As a review here, I was contacted and able to contact them out of hours on many occasions.
Wether they have upped the game since it was written rinwether the review is untrue, I have been with them for 8.5 weeks as a landlord and I can not fault them in the slightest.

May i say this letttings agency is unbelievably amazing i have a friend who has recently moved into one of their properties and she said the communication from the staff there was more than satisfactory. She said she was pleased with how fast the process was from when she viewed the property ,to when she was moved in . I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a property or anyone looking to buy or sell their property i heard the sales team are wonderful.
