4th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)Terrible, Terrible estate agency !! Customer service is non existant. Staff seem to always be too busy discussing personal matters on phone & do not bother to acknowledge or engage with actual customers in their offices. Would not recommend them.

They have a friendly team that are always on hand to listen to any concerns and answer any questions. All the staff involved provided an excellent service and I can't recommend them enough.

30th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)There was a lot of miscommunication. Staff didn’t set the burglar alarm after viewings. Garage door left open, resulting in an expensive petrol lawn mower being stolen. Definitely not worth the 0.1% saving compared with other estate agents. Martin”s communication, Honesty, integrity and willingness to listen allowed us to purchase our property with ease, Martin and team really made our buying experience so wonderful. It was a roller coaster and I lose hope but they give us advice and positive energy give us o go easy process to buying home. They inform us all the way process never ignore our phone call. 2nd Apr 2026 (2 days ago)I had very good communication from the outset. It was an easy decision to choose Houseclub as their reviews and impressions they gave me after viewing the property was excellent. On top of that, they had the best rate against other agents that we contacted. I was regularly receiving feedback on my property in terms of performance and they did their best to get feedback from any viewings, which was fully appreciated. There was a point in the listing, where we didn’t get much traction and I simply called to ask if they got repost on social media, however they went one step further and listed as a premium listing, which boosted interest. I would highly recommend using Houseclub and I will definitely look to use them in the future.

29th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Fantastic experience using Taylforths to sell my property. Completed in Jan 2026. Ruby was supportive throughout with excellent communication and a generally great service. Wasn't easy losing the chain twice however Taylforths and Ruby in particular was proactive in getting the house remarketed and a new buyer within days. Highly recommend.

We had to sell two properties and purchase another in a short space of time due to a family bereavement. Ben Rose handled both sales and happened to be selling our purchase property. Branch managers Catherine and Chris were unbelievable- knowledgeable, reassuring and empathetic. They made a very difficult period as smooth as it could be. Special thanks to Emily and Kayleigh and everyone else at the Leyland and Longton branches. Would never use any other agent and couldn't recommend highly enough. THANK YOU.
