They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking. When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring. All in all using Mortimers as an estate agent was a straightforward and stress-free process. Exactly what you need when buying a house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

1st May 2024 (8 days ago)Well what can I say about Simon from tiger estates..absolutely fantastic very passionate very professional extremely knowledgeable about the areas he deals In I had 3 agents in mind 1 didn't get back and one said property was 50k less than I sold it for to say I'm impressed with the service is a total understatement keep up the good work Simon regards steve cardwell.

We have purchased one property through Harry Harper and lease two properties with them and everything has been smooth and effective. For me, communication is the absolute key factor with property agents, and they do really well on this front.

From start to finish, they have been great with communication, prompt and unreal with my 100s of questions. The whole process has been stress free for us as they have dealt with everything on point. Francesca has been dealing with our case mainly from the initial viewing to the final process, and words cannot express how thankful we are! Not only friendly, but very quick with responses and dealt with everything for us. She was there when we had questions and never made us feel out of the loop. Thank you once again. Will definitely be using in the future when their services are needed.

We were selling our first home and it was actually John who was the estate agent when we originally bought the property around 12 years ago. He worked for another firm then but we had always remembered him and the fantastic service we received which was one of the factors for choosing Houseclub. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the assistance of a number of staff at Houseclub in relation to the sale and also viewings of other properties whilst we were choosing our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Houseclub to friends and family who are looking to sell.

Because of the distance involved all of the communication was through WhatsApp, email,or phone. Howard sorted everything needed including a solicitor for the conveyancing and provided a seamless service from start to finish with courtesy and professionalism. This was supported by weekly phone calls from Kerry at head office with any relevant updates. Would highly recommend.
