As a letting management they are pretty poor. We let out our property and leave to them to do a yearly inspection, they decided to carry out the inspection 4 months after tenant moved in, but as they manage my property they didn't realize that the garden area was separate from the house , so they didn't inspect it , but as we specified it is important that the tenant keeps on top of the upkeep of the garden area, so now they want to charge me for a inspection of the garden area.
