Following a very protracted sale of our much-loved Somerset family home of nearly 50 years, during a very difficult market, at the top of a chain, high praise firstly to Brian Bishop and, later to Marcus Browne. The whole Taunton J-S team acted with great professionalism, calm and thoroughness. Always quickly responsive to phone calls and emails. Very sensitive, diplomatic and caring in what was an extremely demanding scenario. Crucially, the chain management was outstanding with constant attention to what was happening further back. Marcus went above and beyond to achieve the goal. Can't give enough praise to him. J-S Cheeky Bricks podcasts every 2 weeks - EXCELLENT information very well-presented and fun to listen to.
