9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I let out my house through Cooper & Tanner for a few years due to having to move away. From start to finish they were great. They made the process of getting the house ready for and finding tenants easy and smooth to understand. During the time they were always in continuous communication and also understanding of both tenants needs and mine. I would recommend for others to use their services.
9th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a wonderful experience with Edward and the whole lovely team at CJ Hole. They went out of their way to help and advise us and to get lots of people in to view our property - giving us guidance along the way on what would be helpful in the current market with the sale. Everyone in the office was kind, thoughtful and polite. You really feel like they have your back and want the best for you. They are also very knowledgeable and I trusted they knew what they were doing. We unfortunately lost our first buyer, because of their own circumstances and CJ Hole made sure we had advice about price etc and got viewings through the door again. A lovely team who I would highly recommend.

The team were knowledgeable about the local market, kept us updated regularly and were always available when needed. A special mention to Jack, who was tenacious throughout and kept us informed at all times. We really appreciated his proactiveness in keeping things moving and ensuring the sale stayed on track, which helped reduce a lot of the usual stress. We would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.
7th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank
13th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)We were tenants for 5 years. Matt, Macy and Hannah have always been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them as a managing agent. We always felt listened to and taken seriously. We were also lucky to have such nice landlords as well. All round, a very good experience.

20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I have just completed my first-buyer journey of purchasing my first ever home with Fox and Sons. Specifically, Peter from the Taunton branch was my representative and overlooked my purchase. Right from the first viewing of the property, Peter was accomodating, informative, and very open to answering my questions. Throughout the entire process, Peter was timely in responding to my emails and requests for information. He assisted with chasing the seller's solicitors when needed, which was immensely helpful in expediting the process and keeping things moving forward smoothly. Thank you again Peter for all your help - I highly recommend him and the entire Fox and Sons team!

14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Two years ago, when I moved out of one of their houses, I had to pay a special cleaning team to clean the oven. I sent them pictures of how the oven looked before I moved in and how it looks now, 10 times cleaner than it was. I had to pay anyway. I asked for a bill from the cleaning team because I wanted to check if they had robbed me, I'm still waiting for the bill. I do not recommend it.

2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)We asked to take the property at the asking price on Monday for a property, was told to send an email because clearly they couldn’t be bothered to take it over the phone! Email sent Monday and we have not yet to heard (Saturday) Being in the industry this is why we have a bad name and now I know that agents like this is exactly why!!!! Complete joke!! If you’re a landlord with this company how many times have you lost a good tenant because of a lack of care!!??

Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…
21st Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you are renting through them. I’m really disappointed with my experience. The people I’ve spoken to have always come across as polite and approachable, which made me feel initially reassured. However, that hasn’t been reflected in how my situation has actually been handled. My main issue is with my deposit. It has now been over 2 months, and I am still waiting for a proper response or resolution despite following up multiple times. This has been frustrating and stressful, especially as it feels like there’s a lack of urgency in dealing with something that matters a lot to me. Each time I call, I’m directed to the lettings team, but they often seem unaware of my case or any previous communication, even after I’ve been in touch repeatedly. This shows a clear lack of internal communication and coordination. It’s disappointing because the conversations themselves feel positive, but the follow-through just isn’t there. I was expecting a more efficient and transparent service.

He was incredibly positive about my property, particularly the recent renovations. Although my initial asking price was high, James was happy to give it a go and the professional photos and video marketing were outstanding. When I became concerned about the timeline and price, James provided honest, expert advice to adjust the listing. We found a buyer shortly after, leading to a successful completion in mid-April. The entire team was professional, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommended!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We found the whole team to be very friendly and professional and easy to work with. Would highly recommend.
