We recently went to rent a property through Reeds Rains. Our point of call was Joe in the office who we believe is the Lettings Manager. We initially chose a rental property through them, unfortunately it came to 48 hours before move in when an unexpected turn came about and we were unable to rent the property. However, Joe found a property for us straight away and not only was it a better property it was more suitable to what we needed. Of course, we didn't expect he could get this property ready for us in 24 hours. However, he assured us that he would work as quickly as possible to get us into our new home in time. We moved in 24 hours later and we couldn't be happier. We want to thank Reeds Rains Lettings and especially Joe for providing a great service to us.
Highly recommended for tenants & landlords.
I'm living in a house at present, which is being sold by the landlord, and the landlords paying extra for reads rains to promote and push for a sale, we've had 3 viewings in 3 weeks and on 2 occasions no member of reeds rains has been present to show them around the house, it's been left to my wife and I, if this is how the company portrays itself, I can't ever see them winning estate agents of the year.
Agent Kayliegh Jones Assistant Manager of beresford adams Rhyl branch done a great job selling our property very swiftly,
These agents seem to have the upper hand having a list of awaiting clients they contact for you to view your property, rather than waiting for clients to come to them which has helped bring early interest to our particular property which was sold in a matter of weeks at the price we expected.
We as property developers use beresford Adams for all of our properties because they always get results in good time.
Thanks again for your services, we will be using them over and over again in the future, highly recommended.
We really can’t praise Leanne highly enough. We have just been through a lengthy complicated purchase. Our solicitors threw the towel in a couple of times but Leannes tenacity saved the purchase on more than one occasion by liasing with all 3 solicitors involved. Always pleasant and professional (as was Aisha her colleague). I would have no hesitation in recommending Leanne to any friends or family in need of an estate agent. Thanks Leanne, you were a star.

Nice people who are efficient and know the market well. I bought my property from them and they were so helpful
We are completely upset by the way in which this estate agents has lied to us. As first time buyers we were hoping for a much better service. A few months back we found a property we really liked and enquired as to what they would need from us after making an offer. We were told we would need to prove our deposit and provide evidence of mortgage acceptance. So we contacted our mortgage company who provided us with a letter via email the same day. The next morning we visited the estate agents who said our offer had been rejected. We made the relevant enquiries as to why and how much the current offer was. Only to be told the property offers were in excess of our offer by thousands. We didn't think anymore of it until we drove passed the property today and saw it was back up for sale after having undergone a scheme of renovation. I searched on the Internet to find the property to see if it was in our price range only to discover that the house was sold in March 2017 for the SAME PRICE we offered! Absolutely disgusting to say the least. We feel this was a nasty trick played by the estate agents to earn greater commission from the sale. We certainly won't be using them again even if it means losing our dream home because we would rather honest, decent estate agents were worthy of their commission. We will be raising our concerns with the relevant persons/ bodies accordingly.
I felt that I experienced poor customer service from Williams estates in Rhyl. While purchasing my first home I felt hounded at times by staff members over matters that were out of my control. I had numerous phone calls about paperwork which I had signed and posted to my solicitors which caused a large amount over stress and anxiety as I had no control over when they would be delivered! (Who would know this information about the postal service especially with adverse weather factors?!!!) I felt that staff members really should have been contacting my solicitors about this instead of putting so much pressure on me. I honestly felt bullied at times after these phone calls which often left me in tears.
