24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I found Jamie and his team very approachable and friendly. Jamie was always willing to help and answer a multitude of questions we had!! The young lady Izzy who mainly answered the telephone was extremely pleasant and helpful. On the whole the experience was extremely pleasant and the staff very professional. Sadly we had to pull out and Jamie was very understanding considering he had a buyer for our property. I wish the staff all the very best for the future. If we do decide to put our property on the market in future we will choose Morris Dibben.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

22nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall
22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Sparks Ellison were involved in my purchasing of a property, and compared to other local estate agents who I had briefly been involved, were and have been leagues ahead in terms of their promptness, clarity, customer service and accessibility, in addition to supporting a tight timeframe to complete/exchange - so a deep, deep thanks to George, Frazier, Veronica and especially Lucie as my sales progression contact - I've already recommended Sparks Ellison to several of my friends who are homeowners, and I don't think I think any higher praise than that :)- 18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

We haven’t been able to agree on an offer with the seller but the team have done a fab job of mediating and being there when we needed to talk to them, also they’re speedy actioning things as far as we’ve experienced. 25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
