15th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I would not recommend using Taylor Estate Agents based on my experience with them. The level of customer service I received was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was a major issue throughout the process — no replies were received to emails, and getting any form of response often required repeated chasing. When contact was eventually attempted, it was still unhelpful and lacked any real detail or effort to progress things properly. Overall, it felt like there was very little interest in maintaining communication or supporting the client once initial contact had been made. Both negotiators I dealt with, Lauren and Fern, were particularly disappointing in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. Updates were rare, and I frequently had to chase just to get basic information. The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Compared to other estate agents I’ve used, Taylor Estate Agents are significantly below standard. There are far better agencies available that are more proactive, communicative, and reliable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using them, as the lack of communication and basic customer care made the entire experience frustrating and a complete waste of time.

14th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Communication is non-existent unless you're the one doing all the chasing. They’re quick to talk but painfully slow to act. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, or even basic courtesy — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

Look forward to completion !!
