2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot praise and recommend Scriven & Co Quinton enough<br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received from the team, especially Lauren, the service she provided us from beginning to end was absolutely amazing and made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier<br><br>She was very professional, very friendly and so approachable, nothing was too much trouble, in fact it got to a point where I would rather deal with Lauren than speak to the solicitors we had appointed<br><br>A huge thank you to Lauren for everything, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scriven & Co to anyone looking to sell their house, unless Lauren moves on to pastures new ..... haha<br><br>So if you are looking to sell your house look no further, Lauren at Scriven & Co is the right person for the job

Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Taylors Estate Agents are truly excellent. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience . The staff are ALWAYS there for you. Nothing is a problem. If you want a stress free easy sale this is the Estate Agents to go to. I really truly can not thank and praise them enough. The lady I dealt with was always on the ball. Pushing things through . Going the extra mile. I actually will miss the interaction we had together . Lauren (the beautiful lady) who was assigned to me is marvellous. I hope this helps some one make a wise decision if they need to sell. Use Taylors Estate Agents. You will NOT be disappointed.<br>Big thank you .
23rd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)From the very beginning everything was easy with AP Morgan. Whilst I found the fees to be higher than other agents, you definitely get your moneys worth.
14th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Communication is non-existent unless you're the one doing all the chasing. They’re quick to talk but painfully slow to act. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, or even basic courtesy — look elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We got our house sold in the end but the guy who was given to us, didn’t do a good job, late to appointments, didn’t tell the truth about we were with buyers. Don’t think this guy works there now but it is the owners responsibility to see what was going on.
