Even once a buyer was found Chris and Amy took great care guiding us through the sale process through to completion. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

2nd Dec 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy and his wonderful team during the sale of my late mothers property. I live 250 miles away so made several appointments of Kingsbridge agents from random listing's including Kingsbridge Estate Agents. From the get go Andy just came across as a "no problem" sort of guy. As I'm so far away I needed a totally managed sale from my agent. Andy organised cleaners, house clearance people, and gardeners for me and managed to make the house clean and saleable. He then proceeded to market the house at a fair price and it was sold within days. His team were always available to chat things through and a real pleasure to deal with. I always felt he had my back and was pushing for me at all times. The day before the sale completed I drove down to Kingsbridge to say goodbye to the house and I popped into the office. I was greeted like an.old friend, and was immediately recognized despite only having met the once. Long review but 5* service needs to be acknowledged

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 4th Dec 2022 (2 years ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
