We bought a property in South Hams via Luscombe Maye and Nicola Teasdale was our main contact point. It was a long process through no fault of any of the parties involved - we always knew the sellers needed time due to circumstances around their onward purchase - but it was great to have Nicola virtually holding our hands and reassuring us and providing useful information at each stage of the process especially liaising with the vendors regarding various questions and purchase of supplementary items. Wow! Such a brilliant showcase office. In a completely different league to any other estate agent in Salcombe. Spacious, well lit and a great place to see your property displayed. But there is more... those two young ladies working the counter are so professional and the owner, Chris Davy is the perfect Salcombe gent with connections in all the right places.
