Helyn, the sales progressor, was superb, always completely on top of things, keeping the buyer moving and liaising efficiently with both solicitors to avoid delays. Her communication was clear and regular throughout, making the whole sale far smoother than it might otherwise have been. In property sales, that level of proactive follow-through makes all the difference

20th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Fulfords to not bother. I moved into a property in February 2025 that was not fit to be handed over to a new tenant. Numerous maintenance issues were outstanding, cleaning had not been done properly, and problems raised by the previous tenant had simply been ignored. From day one, I was forced to chase repairs that should have been completed before I moved in. Communication was consistently poor. Emails went unanswered for weeks, contractors either did not turn up or were never instructed properly, and at one point the agent was contacting the wrong tenant entirely about works. I spent an unreasonable amount of my own time following up, coordinating access, and repeatedly explaining the same issues to different people. Matters became so badly handled that I was forced to escalate a formal complaint to The Property Ombudsman. The complaint was upheld, and compensation was awarded for service failures and poor handling of the tenancy. Even after this, unresolved issues remained. When I eventually moved out, Fulfords attempted to deduct money from my deposit for minor cosmetic issues, despite the fact the property was handed to me in a far worse condition and despite their own service failures being formally recognised. Only after pushing back firmly did they agree to return my deposit in full. I literally moved out of the property with the same issues not fixed. I would imagine that the new tenant will have the same issues to deal with. Renting is stressful enough without having to fight your letting agent at every stage. This was by far the worst renting experience I have ever had, not because of the property itself, but because of the way it was managed. I would not rent through Fulfords again and I suggest you don't either. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Avoid at all costs.

17th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Following the death of my brother, I appointed JWWood to sell his property. Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price. Thereafter Clare became my point of contact and after several months during which numerous issues needed to be resolved, the sale has now been completed. Many thanks goes to Clare for the professional manner in which she has handled a multitude of issues from the time the property was listed for sale to completion.

However frustrating the transaction became at times she was always on hand pushing to ensure we got the right result. Even if it became annoying on occasion her persistence definitely paid off!

The only letting agent i look forward to hearing from! I viewed a property on the 10th and shes had me all moved in by the 27th of that same month! Ill definitely be using connells again. Kurt is very hands on and will not only help you sell your property but will ensure you receive the care you expect. I cannot speak more highly of him and he has become a family friend. If you need to sell or buy a property and need it to be as stress free as possible, give Kurt a call, he will take as much off of your shoulders as he can. I cannot sell his services enough!
