As first-time buyers we had no idea what we were doing, but she was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. She showed us around the property three times and was always so friendly and accommodating.<br><br>Everyone we spoke to from Naomi J Ryan were absolutely fantastic and really helpful.

I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Never answer the phone, rang constantly for 3 days. No answer machine. When I finally got through, was told that the house I was interested in was rented out a week ago - Why is it still online then? Useless.

19th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)The experience we have had with Bond Oxborough Phillips and Chloe has been excellent! She has followed up after viewings and ensured any questions which weren't answered at the viewing were answered soon after. She also was knowledgeable on the properties and was able to answer most questions then and there. In the past I have had an agent (from another EA) tell me this was the first time they had seen the house and they didn't know anything about it, whereas I never had that with Chloe.<br>The cherry on the top for me though is when we were talking about the types of houses we like, she mentioned the few we had seen with her (listing road names) all had a particular style (more old houses rather than newer build generally). I know there will be a file with the houses we've seen and so it will be relatively easy to check, but it was a really nice touch for us!

They are a fantastic team and always have the time of day to get back to you if you have any issues at all. Always quick to respond to emails and get problems sorted. Absolutely fantastic team!

14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)My partner has used Dart & Partners a few times previously and always had a great experience. This time both properties we were selling and purchasing were with Dart and Partners and the sales team were supportive and professional throughout and provided regular updates.<br><br>Paul was very efficient right from the start and was able to answer with any questions we had and without him being so proactive towards the end, I do not think we would have achieved our desired completion date.<br><br>I would recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking to sell.<br><br>Thank you.

Our sale and purchase both suffered loss of chain issues, but the team kept things moving until we reached the positive outcome we are very pleased with. Special mentions to Sophie, who was our main contact when placing our home on the market, Jake who kept things moving throughout, and Val who progressed the chain towards exchange and completion. She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!

The sale wasn't straightforward thanks to some family complications but they handled it all with confidence & professionalism. Paul & Natalie in particular were very pleasant to deal with. Their marketing, video & photography was well done & helped secure a sale at the right price in very good time, so I'm a very happy client. If I were ever buying or selling a property in the area again, I know who I'd go to first.
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We recently purchased a property through Taylors Estate Agents and had a mixed experience, although ultimately we were very happy with the support we received from Jodie in the sales progression team.<br><br>We initially dealt with Harrison, who showed us around the property. Harrison was excellent he took the time to make sure we could properly look around, ask questions and feel comfortable without ever being pushy. He also had a good knowledge of the property, which made the viewing experience really positive.<br><br>Unfortunately, once our offer was accepted and we moved over to the general sales team, we felt the communication let us down. We often struggled to get the information we needed and, on one occasion, actually had to visit the branch in person to get certain answers. This was disappointing and at that stage, we weren't sure we would be leaving a five-star review.<br><br>Thankfully, around a week later we were introduced to Jodie in the sales progression team, and this completely changed our experience with Taylors. Jodie kept us informed throughout the process and most importantly, continued to communicate with us even when there wasn't a specific update to give. This gave us reassurance and restored our confidence in Taylors during what can be a very stressful process.<br><br>Jodie is a real asset to Taylors. Her communication, professionalism and dedication made a huge difference to our experience, and we genuinely felt that she cared about getting us through the process as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Harrison for making our initial experience so positive, and especially to Jodie for all her hard work and support throughout the purchase. ?????

The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.

22nd Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Best estate agents we've ever dealt with!<br><br>We cannot recommend Coast & Country highly enough, and in particular Callum who was absolutely brilliant throughout.<br><br>We had the misfortune of two sales falling through (through no fault of coast & country), but the team worked effortlessly to get us a new buyer, usually within a week or two! After our agreed sale, Callum kept in contact weekly to update us on how the chain was progressing which gave us so much reassurance.<br><br>From start to finish the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely cared. The fact that Zoe and Charlotte took the time to familarise themselves with our property before commencing viewings was a professional and personal touch we had not had before. We also viewed a few properties to purchase with them as well and they were also brilliant.<br>Darren was also excellent from the initial appraisal through to handing our keys over on completion.<br><br>After a bad experience with a different agency, Coast & Country restored our faith and trust in estate agents. If you want agents who actually work for you and care, use Coast & Country.<br><br>We would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to friends.
