As a business it is very important to work with people who align with your core values and deliver a high quality service. The team at Naomi J Ryan are professional, friendly and very good at keeping on top of things. We normally work with them in managing our rental portfolio but have recently sold a couple of properties with them and the experience has been equally impressive. Highly recommended.

From the outset we had a great deal of confidence in Jenny with her wealth of experience. She gave us excellent advice and was always available to explain the situation and ways forward. Jenny came out to the care home when it was needed which was much appreciated. She was always thoughtful, supportive and kind. David also worked very hard to ensure the sale went through as soon as possible and kept us updated right through until completion. We are grateful to Connells for achieving a great result for us. Top marks ??????

2nd Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Want a honest, reliable, friendly estate agent, then Elliot from Bond Oxborough Phillips, Okehampton is your man. Elliot helped hugely by checking out a contract we had with another estate agent and showed us their faults & flaws, before we changed to BOP. Before we even had photographs of our property, Elliot had a viewer lined up, who put in an offer straight away. Excellent service. Elle has been great, being our liaison between the solicitors & chasing everything up, which meant it was less stressful to us. She even went out her way on her day off to check in with us on completion day. Very pleased with the outcome from Bond Oxborough and would recommend this Okehampton branch. Thank you all.

For the personal touch, peace of mind and confidence I would highly recommend Nik Davey at Martin & co to look after your letting properties. Natasha managed the process professionally from start to finish and maintained excellent communication throughout. She liaised directly with my tenant, handling any queries and arrangements efficiently, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free for me as the landlord. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to keep all parties informed ensured everything ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed with how she built a positive relationship with the tenant whilst still representing my interests effectively. Paul, Holly, Natalie and Josh were tremendously helpful in arranging assistance with the property when we weren’t around and regularly kept us in touch with the sale progression, which was very reassuring. We are really happy to recommend them.

They found me excellent tenants quickly and handled the whole process efficiently from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was managed professionally, which made the experience completely stress-free. He has been professional and fantastic in communication throughout our house buying and selling process. Callum and his team exceeded our expectations by managing to sell our home as soon as it went into their hands! It has been a smooth process and Callum has reassured and provided guidance at each step we progressed. No phone call felt rushed and the team were always kind. We would thoroughly recommend this estate agent for your selling needs.
4th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Peggs found one viewer for my home in the 14 weeks I was under contract. They only contacted me once in that time after about 6 weeks, to persuade me to drop the price. I never once received any properties from them, being marketed to me for my new requirements, and so it led me to wonder if they relied solely upon RightMove etc for leads. The original proposed price was their suggestion, not mine. Yes, the market has been largely flat for period apartments like mine, but there was nothing that gave confidence in their marketing and this included the very young inappropriately dressed person they sent to accompany my only viewing. It us difficult to recommend Peggs although the lady lister who initially came to my home was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave me hope. I wrongly assumed she might be managing everything to do with getting interest in my home. I don't how some of the questions as the opportunity to test out knowledge and value did not arise.

The team kept us updated regularly and did a great job keeping everything moving and maintaining momentum, which made a big difference during the process. They were also very fair, supportive and enthusiastic about our onward purchase. We dealt with Tia quite a bit and she was great. She strikes a great balance between being friendly, approachable and professional, and always dealt with things quickly and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout and she was always happy to help or chase things when needed. We’d happily recommend both her and the team to others. Thank you.
