30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fulford's in Exeter lied to me by assuring me that the flat above me had an elderly couple living in it. Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.

7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We viewed 16 Mowhay Gardens at Hatherleigh. Jessica Berry conducted the viewing. Jessica was well presented, confident and prepared for the viewing. Jessica offered all of the information we needed and we didn't even need to ask. As a sales person myself for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Jessica's natural ability to conduct such a positive viewing, provide information with being friendly and welcoming, considering she is new to the business.

15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Webbers from the start were great very transparent on what was achievable but also listen to our thoughts and goals Connor was really good at listening and advising us throughout.<br>When we had to deal with Connor’s colleagues with viewings and phone calls I couldn’t fault there professional manner.<br>We had a fab sales progresser who was always on the end of the phone behind the scenes making sure we had a smooth sale for both parties involved this was a bonus!<br>We have been very lucky with a quick smooth sale and would highly recommend the branch ??- 13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Had a really positive experience with Lara, who showed me around a property recently. She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.<br><br>A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!

16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Very good agency on the Broadway in Plymstock. The only agency in Plymstock to ask us what we were looking for and then matched appropriate properties to our needs. They recommended a conveyancer who was bit dearer than others but was excellent. Olivia really listened to us to understand what we wanted. Thanks team!- 17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with the lettings department.<br>My tenancy deposit of £750 was due to be returned on 16 September 2026.<br><br>My landlord has confirmed to me that they authorised the release of the deposit several weeks ago, yet the money has still not been returned.<br><br>I contacted the Torquay branch on 16 September and was told I would receive a call or email, but neither happened. I contacted them again later that day and left a voicemail.<br><br>I then submitted a formal complaint in writing.<br><br>The following morning I escalated the matter to Connells' central lettings contacts, only to subsequently be told that the complaint apparently hadn't even been logged.<br><br>I appreciate that formal complaints can take time to investigate.<br><br>My concern is that I can't currently get a clear answer as to where my deposit is, why it hasn't been returned when the landlord says release was authorised weeks ago, or who is actually dealing with the matter.<br><br>I'm simply looking for the £750 deposit to be returned and a clear explanation of what has happened.<br><br>I will happily update this review if Connells resolves the matter satisfactorily.

He explained every details of each properties we visited when we went for viewing, very jovial, easy to approach and all, and most importantly on time.<br><br>All the staff of the Taylors Estates Agent are all amazing and wonderful.
