I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy and his wonderful team during the sale of my late mothers property.
I live 250 miles away so made several appointments of Kingsbridge agents from random listing's including Kingsbridge Estate Agents. From the get go Andy just came across as a "no problem" sort of guy. As I'm so far away I needed a totally managed sale from my agent.
Andy organised cleaners, house clearance people, and gardeners for me and managed to make the house clean and saleable. He then proceeded to market the house at a fair price and it was sold within days.
His team were always available to chat things through and a real pleasure to deal with. I always felt he had my back and was pushing for me at all times.
The day before the sale completed I drove down to Kingsbridge to say goodbye to the house and I popped into the office. I was greeted like an.old friend, and was immediately recognized despite only having met the once.

We asked Kingsbridge Estate Agents to sell my late uncles property. The process was seamless and we were kept updated every step of the way; either by phone or email.
The fees were very reasonable compared to other local agents and a suitable buyer found within a week.

I fully heartedly recommend Kingsbridge Estate Agents whether you are selling or letting a property, I could not have been more delighted with the all round service I received from Andy and Kira. I had a lovely home with an unusual layout that had been on the market for over two years and was on a short term let over the winter. When selling, the house always received very positive feedback from viewings but needed an eye for it's potential and Andy has that eye. He marketed it with view to it's value and capacity and, even if he had not been able to find me the perfect buyer, which I am very happy to say he did, I would still have been very satisfied with the service. Andy gave us an honest appraisal of our property and worked hard to keep potential buyers at the level we needed. He and Keira were tireless in updating all parties and keeping everyone involved in the loop - usually the point at which most estate agents fall down. Kingsbridge Estate Agents are fully deserving of a review of exceptional service and customer service.
Within minutes of meeting Andy for a home rental appraisal I felt he had a honest and realistic attitude towards the market conditions.
