Genuinely wanted to help us find a property. Can only recommend them at the highest level even though we found a property with another agent.
5th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through Flick's Southwold office. I am not easily impressed or inclined to do reviews, but I am happy make an exception in this instance. The professionalism and tenancity employed by the whole Southwold team throughout the process, helped to deliver an excellent result. Special mentions should go to Isobel (in the sales office) and Sabrina on sales progression (a hugely undervalued, but essential, task). No gimmicks, no promises, just good old fashioned customer service. Thank you all.
1st Oct 2024 (10 weeks ago)Druce have been fantastic for us! We were relocating from Kent and got let down on another house at the last minute through another estate agent. We'd already handed our notices in at our properties and literally had 2 weeks to move! I went in branch on the morning, viewed a house less than 2 hours later and they bent over backwards for us to help get a property secured. All staff were extremely friendly which was quite refreshing after being mistreated by another agent and made to feel unimportant. Oliver showed us around 2 properties and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel like he cared, taking our circumstance into account. We're extremely happy with our new home and can't thank Oliver and his staff enough! I Would highly recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat.

23rd Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)Well - so far I'm so impressed with the Flick and Sons rental team (I haven't rented anything yet ... but I am very hopeful). My experience with them (in contrast to various agents in the Essex area) has been so pleasant, positive, immediate and supportive. I made an enquiry late last night and by 09:30 - Oliver had called me back. I had a wonderful helpful conversation with Melissa who intervened as when I called back Oliver was unavailable. I loved the willingness to step in and help a colleague (and a client) - I also loved that I didn't get "press 1 for this and press 2 for that" recorded message when I called! Hooray for human interaction. Melissa used the information I had provided - rather than going all through it again and made an appointment for me today and emailed confirmation immediately. I am so glad their posters/signs were all around Suffolk yesterday when I was driving around. Unlike so often as a rental customer with other agents who make you feel like a pauper or scum of the earth - I was treated with respect and as a valued person/customer. Thank you so much - after 15 years renting in Poland (with such an easy process over there which UK could learn from) - it's been great to be able to find someone who wants to work with me to find a new home.
1st Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)They were more interested in "rushing to market", and trying to be clever with the aggregation websites, than in preparing and presenting the property in it's best possible light. And why they are fixated with taking photographs from knee level I do not know.

Courteous and friendly to a person, we had a very good experience when selling our house near Framlingham. I’m sure this applied to people viewing and buying as well. C&S have excellent local knowledge and experience and this significantly helped with selling our very old listed property.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

18th Nov 2024 (21 days ago)I first heard about Jackson and co when I was selling a property and was dealing with another estate agent, who I was not very satisfied with. Then Joe of Jackson and Co put a card through the door offering his services. I decided to give him a ring and check him out, this was the best decision I ever made. Joe has been absolutely fantastic, he helped to negotiate the difficult path to selling a property. He gets very personally involved so you don't feel like your own your own, like some other estate agents. He is always available at the end of the phone to iron out any issues. His enthusiasm and professionalism have been outstanding and I can't recommend him enough. We are so glad that we went with Joe and would definitely use Jackson and Co again next time we sell or buy a property. So I definitely recommend Jackson and Co. Outstanding, 5stars.

Nothing was too much trouble and I am so grateful to Bailey for sorting everything out for us so quickly and professionally. Very lucky to have found the beautiful home we are living in currently and for having such understanding landlords who are in the best of hands with IP12. After reading the other reviews, Bailey truly is such an asset to the team. It’s always stressful moving but without Bailey, I don’t think we would have done it without him.

Firstly they actually answered the phone in the evening and booked us a viewing for the following day when we were very keen to view a property! They are a warm, friendly and professional team who do all they can to help people through the stressful process of property purchase.
