Peter is a good communicator which helps to keep the sales process moving along. Peter keeps me informed of new properties coming to the market that may suit my clients. I have done a number of deals with Peter in the last couple of years and my clients have all been happy with the properties and the process. He has a thorough knowledge of the area and the market enabling me to have confidence in the properties that he offers me so that I do not waste mine or my clients time. 3rd Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Selling my house with another agency. Today get a call from Abbotts, asking me "how it's going." I enquire if I'm with them, and they admit that they know that I am not. They give the name of the agency I am with. I then ask them not to call again. The salesman ignores this and is still talking as I end the call. Yuk.
11th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale. We felt that they always worked hard in our best interests, particularly Oliver and Matt in their Aldeburgh office - highly recommended.

5th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I just bought a lovely little house in Wenhaston through Flicks in Southwold and it could not have gone any better. Isobel showed us around a few properties and I immediately felt valued as a prospective buyer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had a sense of what I was looking for and found me the perfect home. Sabrina guided us through the sale and is clearly very experienced in dealing with the complexities of contracts, solicitors, the buyers needs and the vendors expectations. Professional estate agents with knowledgeable and passionate staff, a rarity I’m sure. Many thanks to them and a genuine recommendation based on the excellent service and experience I received.
27th Mar 2024 (20 days ago)I would whole heartedly and completely recommend Druce Estate & Letting Agents Ltd (Leiston) - from the first enquiry I made into renting a property through to completion they could not enough to ensure customer satisfaction. The process was made very simple by them with Dee showing me the property (friendly and professional) through to sitting with Oliver who took me through the paperwork taking the time and effort to explain everything to me and ensure that I fully understood. Druce took all the pressure and stress out of what is one of the most stressful things you could encounter. Thank you.

3rd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.
1st Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We have just purchased a property through Clarke & Simpson in Framlingham, specifically dealing with Oliver Johnson. We have been very proactive purchasers, pushing for as speedy a completion as possible, and Oliver has always been reachable by phone and/or email. He would always call us back as soon as possible if he was busy and communication was very good at all times of the day. Any requests we had for action, be it communication with the vendors or solicitors for example, were always carried out as soon as possible and we really felt that Oliver was working extremely diligently to ensure all parties were happy and the purchase went through as soon as possible. We have been really pleased with our dealings with Clarke & Simpson, Framlingham, and would highly recommend them.

Shane came round and had our house on the market within a day with a number of viewings lined up and we sold the same day! We are now in our forever home and couldn't be happier! Special Thanks to Shane and all at Marks and Mann.
4th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We moved estate agents after our chain collapsed at Christmas. The Beccles team were great - very realistic, very aware and clear sighted, did an excellent job on the new marketing materials. Their communications and reachability were first class. "Unfortunately" a viewer from the previous agency reappeared and after a short bidding war with another previous viewer we have sold to them. I would recommend my previous agency with some reservations, but would recommend Your Move Beccles without reservation.
18th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Linda Jackson has provided swift and efficient attention to any query I may have had and has carried out thorough inspections to ensure the fabric of the property is kept up to the required standards. I would willingly recommend Winkworth as a letting agent.

8th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Shocking service. Failed to tell me my buyer's funds were subject to probate or that there was a related sale. This meant I couldn't make an informed choice. They belittled me for not using their preferred conveyancers. They made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Avoid.
15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)The main reason we used Potters estate agent was because of the friendly almost bespoke service that you receive from them. All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond what's expected. They guided us through the sale of our father's property and made it as easy as possible, especially when the purchaser required extra confirmation regarding some issues, Karen was an excellent mediator. Adam is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process and the company Owner Bradley was there to help too. Potters are a great local estate agents.
