Redferns use some very debatable tactics to make it look like they have a stronghold in the property market. Houses that have been sold subject to contract are advertised as being available. When questioned about this we were told they only mark as sold once contracts have been exchanged (no point in marking it as sstc once contacts have been exchanged). Also they advised that many sales fall through, hence their reluctance to mark as sold. But no one took our details as being interested in those properties so we would never know if they did become reavailable. This happened to at least 5 properties we expressed an interest in. Clueless....

Professional, caring and the team did everything in their power to make sure I felt I was being heard and if I had a little wobble they were there immediately with reassurance and encouragement. Nathan came into our home and spoke to both my children, made a fuss of the dog etc, he came into a home and respected it. Nathan was the only agent to come in to estimate they house to get buy-in from both of my sons, I can’t thank him enough for that. After the sale of the house the offer to still assist was strongly in place. I just can’t fault Emily, Sam, Tracey and Amelia and the rest of the Connells Exeter team

lied to me through every step of the process of renting a flat. Force you to add insurance, ensuring you that the landlord has insisted. Signed me up to up to sparkenergy. No ta. A bunch of waster scum rockets that should be avoided like the plague without question. Cheers

I found the experience of asking Harrison Lavers and Potburys to sell my cottage in Branscombe, Devon at what turned out to be a very difficult time nationally for house sales, very positive and excellently organised and managed.... without my lifting a finger!

Very poor customer service, I would not recommend them. From start to finish the process of renting a house with Cooksleys has been difficult and unpleasant, the director was rude and most of the staff we had dealings with were poorly informed. I have rented many properties over the years and these were the worst I have rented from.
