11th Jun 2024 (5 mo. ago)Having filled in an on line request to view a property, then called and spoke to someone, I then emailed to enquire as I hadn’t heard anything about a viewing. NOTHING! Please don’t bother with this company. Appalling customer service
3rd Sep 2023 (1 year ago)My house went on the market on Tuesday, a viewing was held on Wednesday and the purchase price was offered. Piers (your move) was very enthusiastic and very helpful. What more could I ask - my house was sold in a day!
14th Nov 2024 (25 days ago)I used Redferns to sell my home and that of my recently deceased Mother. I wrote to the directors of the business and said. “I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your organisation for the smooth and business like manner in selling both my and my Mother’s property. Ben Gibbs was magnificent, professional and respectful in all his dealings, negotiations and particularly in finding buyers. He kept us informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him. He frequently had to be the go between with 2 very demanding purchasers. He is, in my opinion, a real asset to your business. His local knowledge was key to servicing our needs and those of our purchasers. The timescales were exacting and he rose to the challenge, knowing how to keep all parties happy. 22nd Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We were disappointed in the amount of interest they created. They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.
24th Jul 2024 (20 weeks ago)The agents at Smart were great. Really knowledgeable, very confident and it felt like they were really passionate about our house, which is what you want when they are selling it. I felt like they were open and honest with everything and we could get hold of someone any time we needed to. They also seem very proactive, chasing up the sales progression when needed.
25th Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)Positive experience with arranging a viewing and mortgage consultation with Connells. The viewing was arranged promptly and Caleb was professional and knowledgable. I was really impressed as well with the mortgage consultation - Sarah was extremely friendly, and again professional and knowledgable. I would encourage others to use them for the same services.

17th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Kathleen at Fulfords beyond above and beyond for us with our property purchase. When solicitors weren't coming back to us and being difficult she went out of her way to chase them up and constantly kept us in the loop with everything that was going out. By far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we definitely wouldn't have got into our property as quickly without all her help. We had an awful experience with another estate agents in the area when trying to buy a previous property so we had pretty much lost all faith in them but she very much as restored all of this now! I would recommend her and the agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you Kathleen for everything you did for us. Penny & Ben

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel
10th Jun 2024 (5 mo. ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.

13th Nov 2024 (26 days ago)Many thanks to Josh, the lettings manager at YOUR MOVE Exmouth and equally thanks to Esamee, the lettings negotiator. Both definitely deserve a lot of praise for their help in finding me new tenants for the next year and this for BOTH of my properties. Not only did they listen exactly to all my various requirements and rent expectations, but also they went out their way to take new pictures and list the properties early in the year and all with great attention to detail. They kept me up to date with all progress made and always acted in a very professional manner. As a result, in the shortest of time, they got me new tenants for both properties for next season and at the rent levels that I was hoping for. Also they help me with any potential legal and accounting issues that I may have and do so throughout the year and hence I am really happy with their various services and their can-do approach and would highly recommend them to anyone, looking for help with all aspects of property letting, especially also with these somewhat more complex student rental properties.
