I wholeheartedly recommend this agency.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Danielle Stott from the Skegness branch, who, in my opinion, truly deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment to her work.<br><br>I recently purchased a house, and Danielle provided me with an outstanding level of support from beginning to end. She was always there to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly, even helping me with information regarding utility bills after the purchase. The number of emails, the excellent communication, the constant flow of information, and the precision with which she handled everything were truly impressive and deserve recognition.<br><br>I would also like to mention that I was probably not the easiest client, as I had previous experiences with other agencies that made me more cautious and meant that I needed additional explanations and reassurance. Despite this, Danielle was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I fully understood every stage of the process. I have never experienced this level of care and attention from any other agency.<br><br>What impressed me even more was that Danielle’s support did not end once the purchase was completed. 8th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Failed to communicate at all after the first two weeks being on the market with them. Failed to contact us when potential buyers wanted to view. No communication even at the point of cancelling our contract with them. Just totally apathetic

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Great service would highly recommend them for selling tenanted properties specifically. Property sold in around 30 days and completion took place shortly after. Offloading another 2 properties with Let Properties now.
