Never reply/email for requests to view or call me total waste of time.Manager Julie rang me last week,1st time in years asking did i want to stay on their waiting list,rang back and asked them to ring back as it went to andwer phone im still waiting 9 days later,u fill in the forms when u request to view ant properties one nvr gets a reply.Sorry but last time i heard from you was last week and that was the ist time in nrly 2yrs,i have moved three time in 20yrs so that isnt the problem,Ih ave had 11 buyers, all ran off as i couldnt find a place to buy or rent,I have good solicitorsacting on my behaklf.Ive asked and requyested only 2 days ago bout a house to let as always no one asks me to view thru fiulling in your online forms.Gosh ive worked there myself when it was Wallworks.no personal service now as i gave to customers and ive worked for a few agents,As for other reviews with other agent i find that very petty and and unproffesional .Im quite ill,i need to move from southport back to my home town of skelm/upholland but your no help.i see you have said yove done many viewings,,that was all b4 covid then half i get told upon viewing are "modern method of auction," which i cant do.since then uve done two or three rental viewings which i never get,Ive rung but your off work and the new girl didfnt know anything about this.I even ring and ask for rental appts,no ever gets back to me.shame on you,,amended 5/12/23 @13.22

Your move and some “financial services” company work together. All I wanted was to view a house they had listed (which they really don’t like you doing unless you get your mortgage “advice” through them) and I’ve been bombarded with calls ever since trying to make me sort my mortgage through them. If I wanted mortgage advice I would ask for it.

Rachel was absolutely fanatic throughout my whole move in process and I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me. When I went for my viewing she made the whole thing so comfortable and answered every question I had with the upmost professionalism and was a big factor in the reasoning I followed through in going for this letting and when I moved in she made the whole process easy comfortable and I never met anyone who treated me with as much curtosy and respect as you’re agent she was a pleasure to deal with and an absolute credit to ur team thank you for a very easy process from start to finish amazing experience it truely thank u so much Rachel for everything
