Open Estates have been very professional from the start and although early days had been a slow market, they have kept communication on a regular bases. She regularly went over and beyond, dealing with the various challenges my sale presented promptly and proactively. I cannot thank her enough. Alex & David at Harpenden branch gave great advice throughout the sales process, from market valuation, all the way through to the agreed sale. Once the sale is agreed I got passed to a sales progressor which was Mandy at St Albans branch, she was super helpful with solicitors, the buyers, and progressing the sale. Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move.
