We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end! I decided to sell with them for this reason, and also because they did not immediately start trying to sell me financial products, which I always find off-putting. Vanessa McCallum Estates obviously care very much about the community they serve, and they worked hard to find a lovely family to buy my property. A friendly and professional service throughout. I wish the team every success as they totally deserve it.

I was informed in writing that the refund had been approved and passed to the accounting team, yet no payment was made and no replies were received despite several follow?ups. The lack of responsiveness after tenancy termination and the difficulty in tracking the deposit created unnecessary stress. Tenants should be cautious and be prepared to chase persistently for deposit refunds.

Luckily for us, O & A introduced us to our now forever home which made communication seamless and quick so we couldn’t be happier with the process and how things panned out. They didnt shy away from any questions and were reassuring when things got stressful. Thanks guys!
13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Cassidy & Tate, and in particular working with Duncan, who was excellent throughout the entire process. From the outset, Duncan moved quickly to get the property listed, organising photography and even helping arrange the EPC, which made a big difference in getting everything live without delay. The listing was handled brilliantly, and within just two weeks we had two strong offers. What really stood out was Duncan’s communication. He was always incredibly responsive, proactive and never made any question feel like a chore. After every viewing, he provided clear updates, which gave us real confidence and kept us fully informed at each stage. He also went above and beyond in practical ways, such as letting the surveyor in when we couldn’t be there, which really helped keep things moving smoothly during a busy period. On top of all that, Duncan is personable, considerate and clearly takes pride in doing a great job for his clients. We dealt solely with him throughout and thanks to his efforts, the whole process felt far more straightforward than it could have been. We couldn’t recommend Duncan and Cassidy & Tate more highly.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

They have guided us expertly through finding tenants and advising us on realistic rental income. Further, they have a team of honest and reliable trades people to help resolve any issues and as a team are extremely well informed, helpful and friendly. On the sales side, they sold a property for us very quickly and recommended solicitors making the whole process stress free and painless. It is the best agency in Harpenden.
