24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

22nd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)A gem of a pub, tucked away in a pretty little village, best when the tide is in, the reflections on the water looking towards Plymouth are wonderful. Friendly staff, good ales and attractive interior with log burning stove. Lovely garden to enjoy the sun and views.

1st Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Communication was poor, on more than one occasion they provided information to us and another agent who was advertising a property that we were interested in buying upon selling ours, wrong information, providing details of another property. Viewings were booked for our property without us confirming the time was convenient, on multiple occasions we had to call to check if any viewings were booked in, when this didn't happen we were given very little notice of viewings (in one instance this was only an hour).

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
