12th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Admittedly it’s been 18 months since I dealt with Carl at Sbc ,he has a lazy attitude not interested happy to charge me £600 for an advert and rubbish online photos and then pretty much did nothing to try and sell my business I did all the work and still never sold it or got a result waste of money waste of time , like I said it’s been 18 months but I feel I’m still entitled to leave a review. I would never ever recommend them ever to any Buisness , at that time I had an apology email from Carl but I’m sorry it wasn’t enough, my Buisness went stagment online and I lost a fortune , £600 down the drain , take your money then they run .

Brad was a pleasure to deal with, both in his professional manner and also in his promptness in returning our calls and emails. Moving house can be a stressful time but choosing this Estate Agent to market your house with will be the best decision you could make and will make the moving process a whole lot easier. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market- 18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
