Used Knight Frank Worcester to sell my house and received an excellent service from Will and the team from start to finish. The marketing was excellent and the property sold very quickly with several bids all over the guide price . Highly recommended and the area's 'premium' agent
terrible experiance......did'nt bother giving me the post code, so I could'ent find the property.....then started to give excuses......they are all useless....used knight frank in london to sell my house and they were brilliant......worcester branch arrogant and useless.......not even one star
Many thanks to the wonderful ladies of Dixons Estate Agents Kidderminster. For Gemma, Hayley and Christine nothing is too much trouble. They are professional, super efficient, accommodating and friendly.
Your business matters to them and they go 'the extra mile' to achieve a successful outcome for their clients.
We have no reservations in recommending them to either prospective buyers or sellers.
Not good at all. No communication, sold on the idea of using their in house solicitors but they’re slow and repetitive and non communicative as well.
It’s taking in excess of 4-5 months to sell an empty modern flat with no chain.
Costing me an absolute fortune and when I advised if this doesn’t end I’ll take it off the market - I don’t hear anything - terrible.
Absolutely brilliant. Amazingly helpful & trustworthy. Constant support, advice & up dating . Totally understood our requirements.
A+ Thank you . Will definitely rent/ buy from them again.
The service provided by Connells in the renting of the property we are in has been nothing short of incompetent and pathetic. The contracts side have made mistake upon mistake. To such an extent we have two contracts on force. We get letters from the debt collectors saying we are not paying our rent yet a fully working bank standing order is in force? The costs they demand even if we had a 5 star service are outrageous to us and the owner. Spent hours on the phone and e mails galore to them yet nothing changes. Incompetent beyond belief.
Well where do I begin... I rang enquiring about a house that we had fell in love with with the interest of putting our house on the market also. Tara was very efficient and had the ball rolling very quickly with the house up for sale within a week! With the help from the lovely team of shipways we had our house sold in 2 weeks and secured our forever home!
I give one star, because they always smile at you when you enter.
Poor and lacklustre letting management leadership. Lots of little extras to pay for and they, from my own personal experience do not give a damn about how tenants look after your property. Poor letting management has cost us thousands, and to add insult injury, while trying to sell through a cash buyer instead of them, they quoted (as told to us by "quick move") its value at only being £90000, but having sold it last week, we see they have it on the market for £95000. Since we started with Shipways 7 years ago, I believe the value has deteriated seriously.
We know for certain that without the expertise and perseverance of the Hayden Estates team, our move would not have happened. They provided personable support and advice from beginning to end. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Additionally, no agent knows the housing market for Bewdley and surrounding areas better than Hayden Estates. Thank you!
After viewing a property twice, we were told not to put in an offer until we had sold our property. 3 weeks ago we sold our property, so I called hayden and put in an offer on the property we previously viewed, our offer was declined, However the seller did say if we were to increase our offer by 5k they would except and complete within 6 weeks. We were delighted, so we offered the extra 5k. The next day I called haydens to ask if the property was actually taken off the market as our offer was what the seller wanted. At this stage I was then told the seller doesn't know who to sell the property too, I wasn't aware of any other interest in the propert when I first placed my offer, but then was assured the other persons was in a long chain, therefore not to worry. The next day I phoned Haydens as I wasn't comfortable with this, and wanted to increase my offer, to be told sorry it's sold, when I asked about the buyer I was then told they were cash buyer and actually had no chain, and it was up to the seller who they wanted to let have the property, I asked why I was previously told they were in a chain, and then told they were a cash buyer. Since then I have been told by the actual seller, they never received a phone call from Haydens with my increased 5k offer, and took it that I was no longer interested in the property. The consequences of lack of communication with Haydens to the seller, I have now lost the property I loved and waited months to purchase, to Haydens it just another sale on their books, with no consideration of upset to buyers. Very disappointed in them. I hope nobody else is put through this, I will keep looking for a new property, but can assure you it won't be through Haydens.
