Absolutely awful. Didn’t live up to promised expectations. Finally got draft details of our property through after three days from instruction visit. My 8 year old grandson could have written a better draft! Full of grammatical errors and terrible photos. I responded pointing out errors and asked for a call back same day which never came. Pay cheap, get cheap. Avoid at all costs. Have now listed with a professional agent.... Read more

Don't try to let a house with them...very poor services...i've been to view a house for rent, i agree the property with "the agent"(if i can call him like that)...and after a week they tell the house was letted to other people...i think is to much one star for what they offer. Stay away from them.... Read more

I engaged the team in Stourport to help to sell my mum's house. They quickly did a fair appraisal, promptly prepared good quality particulars and marketed it quickly too. They helped to arrange a good value EPC. They did accompanied viewings at no extra cost. The team of Russell and Jack were responsive to queries and always had a helpful positive attitude. At times communication could have been better with the sale (probably the case with any house sale), but ultimately they kept everyone happy and got the sale concluded. They are excellent value too, compared with the competition. Thanks for a positive experience. I'd recommend them to anyone selling in the area.... Read more

Horrendous estate agents. They close early on saturdays, any time I've gone they are closed an hour before it say on the website. I had a viewing in spennals, we waited an hour. Nothing. We later found out t(only off the website which updated two hours after the viewing) that these scum had an offer on the property. We were never called to explain. We wasted fuel and time for nothing. It is safe to say we will NOT be using them in future. I should have listed to my friends when they all told me how awful this estate agents is. For the record, I have got a place now, through good estate agents.... Read more

This company are supposed to be helping my partner sell her house. Although they have done absolutely nothing to push the house sale or liase with the seller... Have to constantly chase them for answers. Are not willing to show people around on a Sunday, if viewer does not turn up nobody can be contacted Overall, an extremely poor VERY POOR estate agent service and if seller's want good advice do not use this company. Go with DIXONS as they are much more approachable and WILLING TO DO THE JOB, LIASE AND INTERESTED IN YOU AS PEOPLE. selling a house is important and stressful to people and yoir company makes it more stressful. Constantly had to chase for updates, slow to respond on email and generally didn’t seem to care. We dealt with Jack for sales progession who was very nice, but didn’t seem to work to push the sale through. We ended up having to give him updates and just swapping numbers with the vendor to get things moving. They also didn’t ask to see proof of funds or a mortgage in principle when we made the offer on the house, which if I was selling through them, I’d be concerned about. Also didn’t ask for ID when we collected the keys, just handed the keys and said bye! Clearly anti-money laundering and verifying who people say they are isn’t at the top of their list of priorities... Read more

In the end they said nothing more we can do and wouldn't even let us go in for another property and paid £192 for nothing. They just want the commission.
