Diane was very helpful and knowledgeable which gave me the comfort of being in good hands. I would not hesitate to use Abbotts again in the future. I also have to point out that the photographer was superb as well, nothing was too much trouble and his skills reflected in the pictures. Well done all round. Mark and Tina

I'd like to especially thank Theo who worked diligently throughout the process to keep me informed and answer any questions I had. I got responses almost instantly and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness he showed throughout the process, as it was a first time purchase. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was complete in a matter of weeks due to brown & co's help.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.- 4th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)I have to say that I have been very disappointed with your service for the following reason: We could have completed on February 14th (as our buyer desperately wanted) but because your agent continuously told the buyer it would be impossible to complete the conveyancing by then (and perhaps even lucky to do so in March even), it scared them into extending their rental lease for a further month and thus delaying completion until March. I was told the same by your agent but our solicitors said it might be possible and it has proven that it was. I was not updated at all by your staff over the progress with the sale. I was the one doing all of the chasing and updating you. On one occasion I went into your shop to specifically ask you to contact our buyer to see if he was happy with the completion date proposed and to exchange. Your member of staff scribbled a note on an already full scrap of paper and then clearly forgot as nothing happened and so I contacted the buyer myself. I informed you when we were going to exchange and complete and when we had exchanged. The only positive experience was Emma, who was good at what she did. Thanks Lucy, but I did complain and asked that you might consider knocking a bit of the bill as a goodwill gesture. I got a defensive reply and asked to fill out a form! Its what I expected would happen as opposed to you acknowledging the poor service and offering a goodwill gesture of a small reduction.
24th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)We have used Iconic Estate Agents on several occasions now in order to market our rental properties, Gary and the team deal with all the marketing of the properties, deal with the viewings, reference and credit checks and produce the contracts and take care of the desposit as well as handing over of the keys to the new tenant . We have always found Gary and his team most helpful. Gary communicates with us and always provides a prompt and professional service. Would definitely recommend and will use again should we ever have the need to move again!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job.
