Longsons are such a great team! We sold with Longsons earlier in the year and they were fantastic from start to finish. Buying and selling is generally stressful anyway so choosing the right agent can really make a difference and Longsons were that difference for us. We had difficult and unhelpful people and agents in our chain and Longsons did everything they could to support us. Would definitely recommend Longsons, and the personal and friendly team.

The professionalism and approachability of the staff at Longsons is without doubt the best I have experienced from an estate agent. When valuing the property they did their research, providing evidence and reasoning for their valuation without putting undue pressure on us. Throughout the selling process they provided a very valuable link between solicitors, buyers and ourselves. Their responsiveness was second to none and overall aftercare was head and shoulders above what I have ever experienced from any business. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently moved to Sporle from Kent. Out of all the Estate Agents we dealt with Longsons were by far the best. Vicky, Imogen and Kyle were all all Friendly, and Helpful with any queries we had. Calls and Emails were responded to within hours and rather than days or not at all as with some Agents. If you use Longsons you will not be disappointed

unfortunately, would not recommend this company if renting !
we were told before moving in a crack in the conservatory would be fixed within a couple months of renting, this never happened ! we would repeatedly had to call them for reoccurring issues and found ourselves eating out of microwavable meals as fitted oven broke twice and it took weeks to fix. They also did not provide correct maintenence when we told them on multiple occassions the water pressure was low. then ofc when leaving the house wasnt up to standard and they will keep 95% of the deposit, aware it will be difficult for us to dispute now we have left the country !

Excellent to work with, we brought a property through them and from beginning to end a very smooth purchase. Quick resonse to our questions and Kyle made regular contact with all parties to ensure things went smoothly. 9.5 weeks from offer acceptance to completion in no small part to the Longsons staff, even our solicitor was amazed.

They went the extra mile to put my worries at ease and helped in every way they could.
If and when I move again it will certainly be with Longsons.
A credit to swaffham to have a estate agents who have your best interests at heart.

Every experience I have had with Longsons has been really positive. The video tours of the properties created due to the Covid-19 restrictions give a great representation of the properties, and they are always prompt, cheerful and professional. My sale was handled by Imogen, who has been absolutely exceptional. I couldn't commend Longsons, and Imogen in particular, highly enough.

We cannot speak too highly of the service we received from Longsons. Moving house is always difficult and our experience (which included the lockdown period) was extremely stressful. Longsons - and specifically Kyle - were always there as a steadying influence and the only people who took the trouble to keep us informed about what was happening. In these times of often uncaring so-called service, others could learn much from the work ethic at Longsons. Five stars are not enough!

My partner was looking for a property and saw one or two advertised in Longsons.
We visited the office on several occasions.
We dealt with Lynn. Very knowledgeable, very personable and great to deal with.
With the office sited on the Industrial estate, it was ideal to park. Also very close to a well known solicitor if required.
