We couldn’t be any more pleased with the whole selling experience with Stonefield. Right from the first visit from the very charming Lee( the valuer) we felt at ease . This was very important to us as we had a horrific experience with the sale of our last property and didn’t think we could trust an estate agent again. Also Lee reassured us that our sons complex medical needs would not be a problem and viewings would be accommodated around him which is exactly what happened.We were kept informed by the lovely Marie about every part of the process and reassured when I was getting stressed prior to the house going on the market.We sold with Marie about 18 years ago and knew she was the person we wanted to deal with our sale,Every member of the team were polite and pleasant to talk to and the results speak for themselves. Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.... Read more
