5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
7th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)Lovely team but I felt they were working for the buyer rather than myself. I didn’t feel there was adequate negotiation on my behalf. I wouldn’t use the again but the employees are approachable and kind. I just needed a stronger, more orofessional and experienced representation.
14th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)My partner and I recently bought our first home through Baker Wynne & Wilson and had a very disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout, it was difficult to get through by phone, and when we did, staff often seemed frustrated with our questions rather than helpful or reassuring. We also received little to no updates during the process. On completion day, we were told the agents would call when the keys were ready, but after several unanswered calls, we had to go into the branch ourselves, only to be told the keys had been there for a while. When I queried why no one called me it was brushed off. Overall, we felt unsupported as first-time buyers and would not recommend this agent.- 21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)We bought a property from Cheshire Lamont and found them to be very helpful and professional. They provided good information about the local area during viewings, were good to communicate with and helped move the whole chain along.
17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)a problematic agency... You pay the deposit and then they make you call somewhere else to unlock the deposit. You call there, 3-4 times and when you get close to the end of the call they pretend to lose contact. and so on. Finally, when you manage to finish the conversation, they tell you that they will send you an email for confirmation, an email that no longer comes. The email comes, but from the agency where you rented the house, telling you that you have to call to confirm your identity. And you call DPS again and so on. Shitty agency!

They made sure to go above and beyond, always happy to help and provide all the support we needed. They were super friendly and I couldn’t recommend them enough??????

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
19th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.

21st Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)Tom was very approachable and knowledgeable about the area we live in and how the market is faring. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently and we were kept up to date with the progress of viewings and offers. The whole team were brilliant.
17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)They advertised the address of the property including house number, which is very unusual and we didnt want. It prompted someone who wanted to buy some our furniture to turn up at the door. They promise to get to your house early to ensure the house is warm enough and will bring props if needed - this hasnt happend. They don't appear to do accompanied viewings at a weekend. One of their staff told us that they didnt think a couple viewing could afford our house as they were too young - a mistake, and a bad attitude.

15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Selling my home with New Adventure Homes was beyond smoother than I expected and Amir and Charlotte were fantastic to deal with from day 1. They were quick to come out and value, get it on the market and to get in touch with any questions, viewings, feedback etc. Communication never dropped off - like I’ve had in the past with other agents. I was in the loop the entire time and you could see they genuinely cared about the service that you recieved from them. I have recommended them to friends and family already and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!

From start to finish Nicky was exceptional, the service she provided was prompt and efficient and she communicated and kept us informed at every stage. We both regret not selling our property with them. The service felt personal and caring in what can be a stressful situation. Dealing with the same person/people throughout also really helped and you don’t get this service from larger estate agents. Myself and my husband would highly recommend Nicky and her extensive property experience.
