We were kept regularly informed and received calls as promised. As a potential buyer this reflected well on the property being sold and it gave us confidence that communication would continue in such a positive way throughout any purchase.

Based the valuation on what they could see in the house rather than previous local sales data which would have been unhelpful as no other comparable houses. Photographer also skilled and just a great helpful team from start to finish.

12th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

Really felt like they went the extra mile to make a difficult and complicated process very simple for my elderly mother. Highly recommended :-)

Emma ia a credit to the company and worked exceptionally hard to ensure we moved into our new hone before Christmas. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Cannot recommend this estate agents enough, friendly, helpful and never pushy. Found our dream house last April with them but sadly it sold before we could sell ours. I was overjoyed when I had a call from Mark Wiggins a few months later to say it had fallen through and was going back in the market. The service from them from start to finish was excellent. Special mention to Corrabeth - superstar. Thanks for everything, we love our new home - even in all this rain and mud!
