Very unhelpful when I called about a property that was not SSTC or at that point had an offer accepted by the vendor. I certainly won’t be using them if that’s how they deal with potential buyers. A property is never unavailable until the money is in the sellers account.

If there was the option to leave no stars I most certainly would, After enquiring about a property to let via right move I recieved an email with nothing but the heading which stated, "Sorry dont think this property would be suitable," I found this very rude and under minding. Says enough about the kind of staff who are employed here, Rude
Absolutely atrocious service!!
My Husband contacted the Ludlow branch on Saturday 22nd September to ask for a viewing of a rented house on their books for Friday 28th @ 3pm, he was told the letting team were busy and as we currently live in Spain he gave my email address so they could contact us.
No response by Monday lunchtime, so he rang again and spoke to another person who was most apologetic, but ensured him that someone would contact us via email ASAP!
No response again by Tuesday lunchtime, so he rang again and spoke to yet another different person who was also very apologetic but would pass the message on to the unobtainable lettings team!!
It is now Wednesday late morning and still no response!!
This is incredibly annoying as we are only in the UK for 4 days (which was explained to everyone spoken to) and need to view as many properties that we are interested in within that time period.
However thanks to what we can only assume is an extreme lack of communication between the staff or a complete indifference to our needs this property will not be one of the properties, which I'm sure the current Landlords would find very disappointing!!
Great customer service and would not hesitate to recommend.
Very unhelpful and arrogant attitude. Tried to arrange a viewing of a property to be let. They failed to send me the application form and when I chased it up, there were no more viewings. No apology. If this is their attitude towards potential tenants they can forget it.
We had a target purchase with Connells and when we were unable to sell our home with another agent, Connells stepped up and found a buyer. We had given up on our dream home when Connells worked through hell to turn that into a reality for us. Always available on phone or e-mail, they made something happen from the absolute fringes of nothing. Hugely grateful and would happily use them again.
Should have moved into a flat, last October. But to them it was OK not to have working electricity. Nobody apparently knew if was meter or not, they wanted rent, without being able to move in. Not proffession to me. Regret letting flat.
