Samuel Wood was engaged to promote and sell our late Mother’s house in Ludlow. We has previously tried two other agents in the town with no results. Samuel Wood were realistic and proactive. Communication was good and clear. Although due to a slow market and plenty of available properties it took some time a sale was achieved.
